Not good at placements but can take admission. Teaching is good.
Placements: In my college, there were no good placements. So just forget about the highest and lowest packages. The college will arrange one or two days of placement and then call some companies like Wipro, and then the interviews are going to happen, and on that basis you will get selected. Also, many students opt for a master's.
Infrastructure: The college's infrastructure is excellent. I must say that it is above average. There are trees, which are also labelled with names on them. Hostel is soar for girls and boys. The hostel is big. Canteen is very big. Classrooms are big enough. The library is also big and has separate sections for boys and girls. The food in the canteen is affordable and tasty.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful. Some teachers are more strict with the curriculum. Teaching is average. The curriculum is very relevant. And also makes the students industry ready for the future as well. Semesters are not that difficult. If you study the night before, then you are also going to pass. The passing percentage is above 35.
Other: Events and fests are big enough. Dance gathering, stand ups, street acting etc. are all held here. It's good that you are more interested in them. Scholarships are also available for reserved candidates. There are tonnes of extracurricular activities.

It is a good college for biotechnology.
Placements: There are no campus placements. Teachers help in getting internships in different government organisations and other industries in the related fields. For a job, one has to be self-dependent, and a Master's is necessary for biotechnology. One can opt for other courses that will get you a job in the biotech sector.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are spacious. The library is huge and has many reference books. Wi-Fi facilities are not available. One has to depend on a mobile internet connection. Canteen food is quite reasonable and tastes good. It is always crowded and feels small for such a huge college. Hostels are clean and are on a sharing basis. They are cleaned regularly by the maintenance staff. Sports and games are very much promoted at the college. There are medical facilities available in every department of the college. Washrooms are not very tidy, but they are cleaned regularly and are big enough to handle students.
Faculty: Teachers are great and helpful. The college is under Savitribai Phule Pune University and follows the same curriculum. The curriculum is quite old and not relevant to the current scenario, but it is helpful in the knowledge of the advancement of biotechnology. The exam pattern is the same as that of SPPU. It won't make a student industry ready, but it will provide a solid foundation for future prospects. Semester exams are moderately difficult. If one is regular in their studies, they can crack it easily. The passing percentage varies from 90% to 100% as it depends on various factors like being absent in exams, dropping out, etc.
Other: I chose the course because of my interest in the fields of science and technology, with a focus on biology. The course is focused on both theory and practical, which is what I liked the most about it. The campus crowd is diverse and you will find students from SAARC countries and all over India. Fests in college are one of the best parts. The campus is in the heart of the city and near the Pune railway station. Connectivity is easy. Extracurricular activities like NCC and NSS are done in college. There are different scholarships offered by the state and central governments based on your caste and financial status.

Our college has good education and infrastructure, but the placements are not up to the mark.
Placements: None of the biotechnology students in our college was placed. There were no salary packages offered. Our college has no recruiting companies visiting for placements. There are paid internships at Ruby Hall Clinic, KEM Hospital, etc. Interns were the highest role given to B.Sc. biotechnology students. There's not even a single student who was offered a job.
Infrastructure: The labs in our college are spacious and well-equipped. Lab practicals are well organised. The classrooms were also spacious and had good ventilation. We have an excellent library and reading space. The playground was also big enough for any sport. The hostel facility was alright. The canteen was also average.
Faculty: The teachers in our college were very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. The teaching quality was good. Our course is curriculum relevant, but it does not make students industry-ready. Exams are not very difficult and the pass percentage is above 35%. Overall facilities and exams are very good, but activities and other industry visits were not up to the mark.

Overall, our college was average.
Placements: Placements offered for undergraduates weren't satisfactory. Generally, students prefer continuing their post-graduation, instead of going for a job. The salary packages offered for undergraduates were very less. Internships were also not offered by the college.
Infrastructure: Laboratories were well-equipped. The construction of our college was very old, but the classes were normal. Wi-Fi facility was not provided in the college. There was a canteen at a walkable distance where decent varieties of food were served. The library had various reference books related to biotechnology.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are very helpful, knowledgeable, and qualified. They provide basic notes to students for exams. A study tour is conducted by the college every year, and it is very helpful since we get industrial exposure. The course curriculum is similar to that of Pune University.

Good facilities, no placements and absolutely dissatisfied by the behavior of the HOD.
Placements: Since it is a private course, no placements are offered. I think at least they could have provided us with the internships. It would have given us exposure. After completing your bachelor's one can either go for masters or one can do the internship in some research centre or a laboratory. One can also opt for a diploma or MBA in biotechnology. After the bachelor's, the least one could get is Rs. 7-8k if working in a laboratory. A food biotech company visited the college. There were few seminars by a few researchers. One plus point was we were always informed about the national and international seminars that would take place in other renowned colleges.
Infrastructure: Wadia doesn't have a building that completely belongs to biotechnology. Just a single floor. But we had the best labs. We didn't have Wi-Fi or access to use the lift. We didn't have the proper classrooms as such. The food quality provided by the canteen is good.
Faculty: The HOD of biotech department never seemed to be helpful to the department. The teachers were amazing, qualified and took a lot of efforts if a concept wasn't clear. They were quite helpful. We were taken to Sula Vineyards, Ventura and Katraj dairy. The course curriculum was beneficial.
