MIT-WPU is a very good and lovely college with a vast campus and a very good teaching staff.
Placements: Almost 98% of the students got placed. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 24 LPA. Many students in our course got job opportunities in companies such as Deloitte, IBM, HCL, Michelin India, Amdocs, Infosys, ONGC, Hitachi, Barclays, Axis Bank, Adani Wilmar, Thermax, ITC Ltd, TCS, Times Group, and Larsen and Toubro.
Infrastructure: Our college provides very good quality labs with very good equipment. PCs are of good quality along with other equipment. Labs are well ventilated with air-conditioners and comfortable chairs. Classrooms are huge with projectors and various equipment for studying.
Faculty: Teachers and staff at the college are very knowledgeable and helpful. They all have sheer knowledge of the course and teach accordingly in a very appropriate manner. The course makes students industry-ready and thus shapes their careers. The exam difficulties are moderate.

This college loves the word 'mandatory' more than anything!
Placements: They privatised the college in 2017 and our batch of B.Sc. computer science was the golden batch of this course. They promised us that 100% students will get placed but sadly that didn't happened. The companies that came were good but they were limited. The highest package offered was 3.5 lac something. Also college didn't provide any internship.
Infrastructure: The lab for CS was great. Lab is big enough to accommodate 160 students. Lab has AC also. Also classroom has one big LCD screen on that they teach everything. Classroom has also one security camera and one camera to record the lecture. About hostel, I don't know anything about that also I don't think they provide hostel for this course.
Faculty: The teachers are absolutely great and kind. They were very helpful. The teaching quality is top notch. This course offers the updated version of everything. This course also includes yoga and peace lecture for mental health. Also this course follows trimester pattern. Means that there will be 3 main exams in a year.
Other: Actually MIT is a big name in Pune as well as in Maharashtra because of the campus life and placements. But after MIT WPU, I don't know how it will be in the future.

How MIT WPU really is: real or fake?
Placements: Mostly around 60 to 70 students got placements in Wipro, Cognizant, Amazon, and others. Many students choose to do their masters or go abroad, but the placement rate is good at MIT WPU. I'm doing B.Sc. Data Science, and the highest package is around 13 LPA, with 4 to 5 LPA being the median package.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good; it feels like a European university. The library is amazing, but the hostel is just OK and very expensive. The campus is very good, with different buildings for different courses, and it's up to date. We also have four canteens.
Faculty: The faculty is qualified and knowledgeable, but it’s more dependent on you. You have to study on your own; you can’t depend entirely on them. It's not that they won't help you, but you have to put in the hard work. Since the college is autonomous, the semester exams are easy.
Other: I chose B.Sc. Data Science because of its demand and the bright future it offers. I'm also planning to do my masters abroad after completing this course.

MIT WPU has the best infrastructure in Pune with facilities like Wi-Fi and computer labs.
Placements: Around 98% of the students got placed in this course. The lowest salary package offered was 4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered was 24 LPA. Almost 99% of the students get placements from this college. Students are offered placements by the end of their 2ND year. Top recruiting companies of our college are Infosys, Mahindra, HCL, and many more.
Infrastructure: The campus is well-developed. Canteens are neat and clean. There are cafes, food canteens, ground hostels, etc. Facilities such as Wi-Fi, computer labs, air-conditioned classrooms, big screens, chemistry labs, maths lab, etc., are available. Computers used are of the latest technology with updated software.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are good and they explain teaching each concept clearly. Students don't get confused, and if you ask them they are ready to explain the concept again and again until the concept is clear. . Almost all the teachers are highly qualified and have completed Ph.D in their respective fields.
Other: Our college organises different events like a hackathon, photography, AI learning, code implementation, placement lectures, IOS app development and much more.

Good infrastructure and campus life.
Placements: Currently, I cannot say anything about the placements. The lowest and average package at MIT is 3.8 LPA. There are many good companies visiting for the campus placements, though. The companies visiting our branch were Deloitte, TCS, Barclays, Wipro and many more.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is one of the best. The best campus in the entire city of Pune. We have free Wi-Fi on the college campus. The hostel facilities are good enough; I would say not bad at all. The canteen is average, as it is at every other college. You can expect good food in the canteen.
Faculty: The teachers are really helpful when needed. They are highly qualified and have really good knowledge. The curriculum, I would say, is relevant and the faculty are average, I would say. Neither good nor bad. The semester exams are not difficult at all, to be honest.
Other: I chose this course because I am offered a B.Sc. in computer science at one of the best colleges in Pune. If you want to enjoy college life fully, this is the place for you.
