Our college has good infrastructure compared to other colleges in the city.
Placements: I joined this college in 2012. In my group, the pass percentage is 97.82%. There are only 25 boys in the college at that time because no one knew the stream of petroleum. Frankly speaking, there are no placements in college, but I got an internship and placement in reputed companies after completing my course.
Infrastructure: In 2012, there were no Wi-Fi facilities, but in 2015-2016, free Wi-Fi facility was provided. There is a library with lots of books. The classrooms are spacious, and the mechanical labs huge. There is a small canteen, but it is not needed because there are 3 hotels outside the college.
Faculty: Although there are lots of complaints about the college, the faculty members are good and well educated. They are experts and have experience. The pass percentage is very good. Semester exams are hard, but the faculty will make it easy for us to write because of their easy teaching methods.
Other: I chose this course (petroleum) because I love the oil and gas field, as because of that, there are lots of things like plastic, petrol, diesel aviation etc. There is a grand fest conducted every year on campus, with lots of extracurricular activities. State-level merit scholarships are available in this college, and people coming from different states to this college also get scholarships as is it is very easy to claim.

Petroleum Engineering placements are scarce. The government sector is worth mentioning for this field. Petrochemical firms and gas plants recruit petroleum engineers.
