Review of our Motihari Engineering College .

Placements: The highest placement of our college is around 13 lakh per annum, and the average package is around 3.2 Lakh per annum. There are 50-60 percent of college students got placements because there are very few placements in lower branches like Mechanical and Civil. Companies like Wipro, Infosys, TCS, ACC, etc., visited our college for campus placement. Almost 70 percent of students got internships in companies like DRDO, BARC, Flipkart, and Amazon in their 5th or 6th semester with different types of...

It's a third tier college so what more to expect!

Placements: The placement in our college is not very good, the on-campus placement is not good. But if you rely on your skills, work harder, and go for off-campus, you may secure a handsome package, as our seniors who passed in 2024 got placed at TCS at 9 LPA, so it is all up to you how much you work hard.

If you don't want to leave your home state then this college is good.

Placements: It is right to say that this is the worst college for placements no proper arrangements for placements. The placement cell is not very active. Mostly only 30-40% gets placements from the campus. The top recruiting company for our course is Mahindra and Tata steel.

College is average. Take the admission at your own risk.

Placements: Placements are average for this college because mostly computer science students get them. The placement rate is around 40%. Campus placements are very rare; students have to make efforts in order to get the placements. The average package for this college is 4 lacs per year. There are 30% of students who do internships every year.

Review of Motihari college of engineering, Motihari.

Placements: Placements are mainly for those who belong to IT branches (CS and EEE). Only a few companies come for placement. There is almost no placement for the civil and mechanical (CE and ME) branches. It's better to focus on the GATE exam and government jobs. Last year, the placement cell of MCE took some steps to promote placements.

I am satisfied with this college because of its facilities.

Placements: Around 30-40% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Syska, Mahindra, Tata, and Infosys. Almost 100% of students got internships in Mahindra, Bajaj, and Railway. Top roles offered are assistant engineer, inspection engineer, executive engineer, and junior engineer.

Review of Motihari College of Engineering.

The lowest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary package offered varies between 3.5 LPA - 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Hexaware, Wipro, Infosys, etc. Around 98% of students got internships in this course as it is in syllabus also. Student have to work on their own to get placed in top companies.

Placements: Top companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Morgan Stanley, Tower Research, Adobe, Uber and many others don't visit our college for placements. Students get placed in various non-tech companies like EXL, Axtria, ZS Associates, Brain and Company, BCG etc. with their hard work. Internships are available only through contacts in our college, but you can apply for a non-tech internship through campus.

There is a lack of college life in Motihari College of Engineering.

Placements: Placements are not up to the level of other engineering colleges. You need to study hard and make efforts beyond your limits to succeed to a great extent and grab a placement in this college.

Our college is average but has value for money. ROI is good.

Placements: About 2 students from our batch got placed in on-campus placements, while about 5 students were placed through off-campus placements. About 20 students qualified GATE exam based on their own effort. The highest salary package offered here was 4 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 2.2 LPA. Only 5% of the students got internships during my tenure. There are no placements at all here, and none of the companies wants to visit here to offer placements.
