Good infrastructure and faculty, but dissatisfied with the administration.

Placements: MCC is good for placements in the commerce department, but in the arts, there is no placement since most people opt for higher studies. Also, there are very few jobs at the UG level for arts students. There is no time for internships for psychology students. Most people have to find it out on their own and do it online.

Best education and safe college; it's the best college for girls and women.

Placements: The students placed in my combination are above 65%. The highest package offered for this course is 68,000, and the lowest is 32,000. The top recruiting companies were Wipro and Cozicode. The students eligible for internships must not have any backlogs in any semester and should have above 60%.

Mount Carmel College Bangalore Communication Studies.

Placements: Placements at Mount Carmel College are very tough to get. The average package they say is 4 - 7 LPA. I really don’t have an idea about placements here because I am a newbie and I am in my 1st year. I have done one internship with Indian Artists Collective, which was a non-paying internship. If you want internships, you must be in the good books of the professors.

Companies like British airways, Purple, and various travel agencies recruits students from our college. Roles offered can include HR manager, travel consultant, etc.

It really has good infrastructure, and it is the best college for placements.

Placements: The top recruiting companies are Infosys, Snacks, Goldman, Popular Radio Station, Deloitte, and other companies looking for communications specialists. All are offered more jobs in college, and last year around 60,2105 students were placed, and the packages varied from 30000 to 50000.

Good college in bad hands because of competent management .

Placements: The placement opportunities for B. C. and B.A. students are generally subpar, with many students receiving minimal offers. Only those who score extremely well and are highly sought after receive good packages. For students in journalism and psychology, the situation is similar. In journalism, roles such as content writers, reporter, and media analyst are available, while psychology graduates might find positions as counselors, research assistants, and HR specialists. However, competitive package...

Review of Mount Carmel College.

Placements: Our college provides plenty of placement opportunities for students to outshine throughout the four years, but at the end of the day, students have to grab it. Our teachers guide us a lot in placements. Our college provides mandatory internships in the 5th and 6th semesters.

Good college with wide opportunities.

Placements: There are a wide variety of opportunities. This includes many from economics. Companies look for HRs from our department too. Around twenty to thirty percent of students are likely to be placed. That's because many of them don't even sit for placement. They train us for a year to get placed.

I'm satisfied with the college.

Placements: I am uncertain of the percentage of students placed in our course, but the companies that visit the campus for placements are great. The college itself is located near the CBD, so many good companies come down for placements. You can also sit for placements for other streams if you are interested, you are not limited to just one.

I am very satisfied in all aspects.

Placements: Students don't get placements opportunities. But they do provide students plenty of workshops on specific topics. They provide students with good insight about relevant companies. Companies like Deloitte and PhonePe target to recruit freshers.

It is the best college in Bangalore.

Placements: Every year our college gets lacs of admission forms, and out of which, thousands of students apply specifically for BA in HJTT core subjects being history journalism and travel tourism. The number of admissions given for this course isn't many. HJTT, as compared to other subjects, has fewer students because it has both theory and practicals. Our college can't promise many jobs for students in the same fields, but the college gives us a lot of opportunities. We have webinars regarding industries ...

College is very good to learn and enjoy with good placements, great infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: It is a great college for placements. If you are in courses other than journalism, there aren't many companies from broadcast, print or electronic media recruiting students from journalism courses. There is a placement cell, which helps and trains students for interviews and recruitments.

Our college provides good faculty members and teaches great content.

Placements: A lot of students who pursued journalism got into top news companies. Others went onto to do further studies in psychology and English. Around 65-70 students were part of the batch. Not sure about the salary package offered. Almost everyone found good internships.

The infrastructure and facilities are above average.

Placements: Mount Carmel College provides placements based on the scores of students in aptitude test. If the test is cleared, MCC provides good placements for the students. Various companies like Times of India, Tata Consultancy Services, Airtel, Decathlon, E&Y, etc., recruit students from our college. They offer quite good packages starting from Rs. 2.5 LPA to 5 LPA.

I am happy with the college.

Placements: One of my friends got a job through placements. We do have a placement cell in our college, and I think it is efficient enough to provide information about placements to students. We usually get information about placements and even internships through e-mail.

Review of Mount Carmel College.

Placements: The placements for my batch were a lot to the department of communication studies. Almost 50% of the class got placed before the 6th semester. Roles offered are editor, content analysis etc. In my opinion, 4 out of 5 students got placed in my college. There is a placement cell. However, it isn't very efficient.
