| B.Pharma | Candidates must have passed 10+2 examination conducted by the respective State/Central Government authorities recognized as equivalent to 10+2 examination by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) with English as one of the subjects and Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology as optional subjects with mentioned marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology put together and mentioned marks in Mathematics/Biology separately. |
| M.Pharma | Candidate must have passed passed B.Pharm degree examination from Kerala University of Health Sciences or an examination equivalent thereto of any other University recognized by Kerala University of Health Sciences and approved by PCI with mentioned marks. The candidate should have undergone B.Pharma. degree in an institution approved by PCI. |
| D.Pharma | Candidate must have passed in any of the following Examinations with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics: i) Intermediate examination in science, ii) 10+2 examination (academic stream) in science, iii) pre-degree examination, from a recognized University/ board. |
| Pharm.D | Candidate must have passed B.Pharm examination from Kerala University of Health Sciences or an examination equivalent thereto of any other University recognized by Kerala University of Health Sciences and approved by PCI with mentioned marks. Candidate should have undergone B.Pharm degree in an institution approved by PCI. Candidates who have passed B.Pharm from University outside Kerala will be eligible only if their qualifying examination is recognized by the Kerala University of Health Sciences, on the date of application/allotment. |
