Placements: Almost every student got placed by the end of the completion of the course. Rs 7,00,000 was the highest package offered and the average was Rs. 5,00,000. Infosys, Cognizant, Wipro and TCS were among the top recruiting companies that had come to the college for campus placement. Software Engineer, Web Developer, Data Analyst are some of the job roles offered.
Infrastructure: The computer laboratory has high-end computers capable of programming, designing and developing website, etc. The classrooms have a huge space for the students. The library also has a large collection of journals, books and other resources on Computer Applications, Programming, etc. The hostels have all the necessary facilities.

Placements: Almost 80% got placement depending on the type of jobs and careers. Around 70% got internship and more if more people take part. Packages is around 2 LPA average. Top recruiting companies include infosys, microsoft, wipro, etc. Top Roles can be an educator after passing out.
Infrastructure: The institution has well modernized infrastructure with up-to-date computer systems. Classrooms are well-equipped with proper lighting, boards, well ventilated (many with ACs). But the Wi-Fi is not open to all. It's hot well managed modern library. Standard hostel & canteens are available.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful indeed. They're ready to help anytime during class hours and also we can discuss with them freely. Well qualified teachers are helping the students in NIELIT. Yes, many new courses with future skills were introduced to make the students industry ready. Semester exams are not very easy, considering the pass percentage around 60%.
Other: One plus point is that NIELIT Imphal provides free education to SC and ST students.
