I am happy with our course and college. Faculty members and their teaching skills are very helpful.
Placements: About 80% of the students got placements from our course. Companies like Adhitya Birla, Aravind and some other companies will recruit students as a designer and visual merchandiser from our college with a salary package ranging from 4 LPA-6 LPA. Almost 100% of the students will get internships every year.
Infrastructure: Our college has a good infrastructure, along with the best facilities. There are a peaceful environment and greenery which helps you to do your works, but the hostel rooms and food are very average. I would suggest our college to make a lot of improvements like should improve food quality, maintain neatness, cleanliness and renovate washrooms.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly in nature. They take care of students, and their teaching quality is very good. Students are able to understand their classes more practically. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students ready for the industry to understand the situations in the company and the circumstances which they are going to face.
Other: I have a passion for designing, so I have chosen this course. The best thing about this course is working and designing new things which make people happy. In our college, one of the best things is events, fest and cultural activities.

I am satisfied with our college.
Placements: Placements in our college can be rated above average. It is quite active and has a strong area to cover. Various top companies visit our college, and every student is given enough opportunities to enhance their growth and explore various new alternatives. The college takes on every initiative to have the best interest of students protected.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good, and the labs are fully equipped with all the materials required for our day to day working. The college and even the hostel is under strict protection. Facilities provided are good, and I feel it is one of the best colleges.
Faculty: Teachers in our college were helpful, qualified and share an enormous amount of knowledge, both course-related and outside college life. Besides being mentors, they are more like friends to us. The course curriculum is relevant, and our college organises various field trips. We are given the opportunity for internships to make our skills polished.

It's a decent college if you want to get a degree in textile design.
Placements: Placements in college are fine. The salary packages offered initially are not high, but they get better with a better portfolio and keen interest in learning. Some of the students do opt for a higher degree in design for that matter. Usually, the salary packages are around 3-5 LPA for a good record of grades. But if someone has a very distinct vision in design and a good portfolio, then a good salary package cannot be a difficulty. As we know, placements in NIFT are centralised which means that not all the companies visit every campus for recruitment. However, students have the possibility to go to other campuses for interviews.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. They have labs apart from the garment construction labs which we have to share with the other departments. Rest all other labs are well-equipped. We have a dyeing and printing lab where we can do almost all sorts of printing and most dyes. We need to inform them before about the colours that are required according to our designs. There is a weaving lab which apparently has some Swiss and some Indian looms which are to be manually operated for weaving, and it is a very long process. Lastly, we have a CAD lab for all the digital designing we do with some very professional and expensive software. The best part about the campus is the extensive material for reference one can find in the resource centre.
Faculty: Faculty members in the college are helpful to a point and knowledgeable. They are highly experienced in their respective fields. The department doesn't really provide a glam experience, but it gives us exposure to a lot of different things and techniques happening in the field in and around us. The craft clusters are a good example of it.

This is the best place to groom yourself.
Placements: Well, Delhi being the main centre had the maximum number of companies for placement. So, the students from my batch went specially to other centres for the same. The companies have stopped coming for placements. The average salary package is started from 3 LPA. It is mandatory for us to have an internship, therefore, every student got an internship. There is no placement cell as you have to contact your department heads.
Infrastructure: NIFT, Hyderabad has the biggest campus in comparison to other centres. Everything is great from the canteen to labs to libraries. The hostel rooms are a bit dizzy, but the rest everything is in its perfect shape. I didn't face any infrastructure issues, and I had the best time at NIFT, Hyderabad.
Faculty: The faculty members are amazing. You might find them strict at first, but in the end, you'll realise that they will always think about you. The teaching quality is good. It's on you how much you grab from it. The student to faculty ratio is 6:1. The curriculum was useful to some extent.
Other: NIFT, Hyderabad is active in co-curricular activities.

If are interested in design field then ur best choiche will be nift any campuses
Placements: Almost all students have been placed. Have no idea about the offering but not less than 20k. Arvind mills and more top companies recruit. As a part of college everyone will get into any one of the intership not only in big companies but also in very small artisan community or ngo. The roles depend upon our interest
Infrastructure: Good campus with almost all facilities available. Good air conditioned classrom and libraries. Also viewboard on each and every classes. Well cleaned washrooms all around. Also a well or auditorium that too will air conditioned. Proper 3 girls hostel inside the campus itself.
Faculty: Teachers are ready to help any students at any situation. Yes they make the student pakka ready for the industry experience. If our works are done on time and properly then the jury and exams will be fine. Proper and well assigned curriculum will taking you to highs
Other: Just like wanted to learn more about textiles and the print design projects i took this subject and it is quite satisfying. Even the campus life feels very good with extracurricular activities
