STEP 1: NIT Surathkal MBA Application Process 2024

The step-by-step process to fill out the online application form is:

Step 1: Visit the official website of NIT Surathkal (nitk.ac.in).

Step 2: Fill out the registration form.

Step 3: Login and start filling out the application form.

Step 4: Upload the scanned images and documents.

Step 5: Payment of the application fees, which is INR 600 for OC/OBC/EWS and INR 150 for SC/ST/PwD category students.

A photocopy of the documents to be sent along with a hardcopy of the application form are as follows:

• Admission order issued by Competent Authority
• Original marks card of qualifying examinations (first to final Year).
• Bachelor’s Degree Certificate/Provisional Pass Certificate issued by the University
• Course completion certification from the college (if qualifying degree results are awaited)
• Original Score Card of CAT or MAT or GATE
• Date of Birth Certificate
• Certificate by employer ascertaining the duration of work experience
• Caste Certificate in case of SC/ST/OBC
• EWS Category Certificate (If Applicable), issued by the Competent Authority

STEP 2: CAT Examination 2024

After registration, the candidates are required to take the test. The test is conducted by the National Test Agency generally every year in November. CAT 2024 is scheduled to be held on NOV 24, 2024.

STEP 3: Shortlisting for WAT & Personal Interview (PI)

After the announcement of CAT results, the institute shortlists students based on their performance in CAT. Shortlisting is generally carried out in two stages.

STEP 4: AWT & PI Round

Shortlisted students are then required to appear for WAT and PI.

STEP 5: Final Selection
