Absolutely satisfied with college with a beautiful campus.

Placements: Our college places almost all of its students. After passing the final year examination, students are required to complete a one-year internship for which they receive a stipend of around 30,000 rupees. Most students choose to pursue higher studies by taking the NEET PG exam. Some students choose to do a residency, which pays a salary of 50,000 rupees.

Infrastructure needs to be improved.

Placements: Currently I'm a 3rd proff (part 1) student. The interns in our college right now are currently receiving a stipend of Rs. 30000. During the internship, many people opt for working in a private nursing home as well and hence earn a fairly good amount. Post-internship, many doctors opt for house staffship, during which they get a salary of Rs. 45000–50000; during this time they can also prepare for NEET PG exams. Apart from post-graduation, you can also opt for GDMO with a salary of Rs. 80000-9000...

Everything is worth it to save life afterwards.

Placements: If you are talking about placements, then technically it's 100%. If you pass your final professional examination, then you are eligible to do your internship in your own college's hospital for a one-year duration. Afterward, you can apply for house staff in their college or other hospitals.

NBMCH, Darjeeling review - REAL and No Bakwas.

Placements: Since it's an MBBS, most of our colleagues get 100% internship after 5 years of study. In the internship, the average stipend is about 30k (as of 2024), which increases to 42k in-house staff positions, which only the students with good overall marks get. Some students go for NEET PG preparations.

Best infrastructure and laboratories.

Placements: The college is best known for its excellence. It doesn't provide placements but gives the best doctors to the nation. To get a seat in this college, we have to appear for an entrance exam and no interview is needed. Based upon your score in the exam, you will get to decide the college and the course. We can get many MNCs offering the posts of Chief Doctors or you can appear for government recruitment exams as well.
