The college is good for CS and IT barnches.

Placements: TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) came to the campus and selected most of the students in the placements. About 300 to 400 students out of which some student are of mechanical, civil, and automobile and remaining of CS and IT branch got selected in the TCS. Other companies also came, but TCS selects the most of the students. The salary offered was around 3 to 3.5 lacs per annum.

I am fairly satisfied with my college.

Placements: The placement is outstanding, and one of the leading group in central India. They prepare the right opportunity for the students to be ready and to do work. The placement cell is good, and the support of the college is helpful. It did not start with my batch, and the previous year batch also has massive placement.

A popular college in Madhya Pradesh having inappropriate environment.

Placements: The placement is okay. Around 250 students got placed from 2017 batch in TCS. But, no other MNC visited. The average salary offered is 3.4 LPA. The students are hired as a trainee and will be designated as their requirements. There is a training and placement cell in college but has an inactive official who isn't really cooperative for students.

It is the best private engineering college.

Placements: The placements are often good, but sometimes there are bad placements in the college. The previous batch was offered little bit good package, but upcoming years will be hard. If I would have to rate it, then it will be like 8 out of 10. So by this, you can understand it.

Everything is good, but quality of education is average.

Placements: The placements are neither less nor more. Most number of people get placed in the final year. Also, the college provides good exposure to the students of the college and also give them opportunities to improve their skills and increase the chance of placements.

Overall it is nearly good.

Placements: The placements for my batch (2017) is very poor compared to our seniors. TCS hired 193 students with 3.4 LPA package from 2017 batch and around 250 from 2016 batch. After that few drives are conducted, very few are technical companies, and selection per companies are between 1-5 each. Other drives are related to finance and telecommunication which are useless for technical students. There are better placement opportunities for 2016 batch than 2017. Since our TPO (Training and Placement Officer) ...

The college is decent, and it is good for IT and CS branches.

Placements: No core companies are willing to visit the campus. Only corporate companies show up for the campus and some non-technical companies, which gives you a low exposure, experience and pay scale visit the campus. From the mechanical, only approximately 8% of the students got placed. The placements are good for IT and CS branch as approximately, 70% of the students got placed.

The minimum investment and the maximum output(because the fee is low and the placement is good).

Placements: This year, I think the placement rate is high than the other colleges. Some of the companies like TCS, Byju's, Collabera, Persistent, and much more hire about 380 students, which is about 70 to 80% placement rate. But it is important to see whether this graph increases or decrease this year, besides this placement rate increases this year in comparison to 2016.

Overall, the placements are good, and around 300 got placed, and there was no issue of attendance.

Placements: I got placed in TCS. Mostly IT companies visit the campus both in open and closed campus. TCS visit twice or thrice to the campus depending upon their fixed quota. A few chances of the core companies that is only the open campus to be precise. Overall, the placements are decent. The placement cell, as well as the student's activity centre, are there to guide you. There is an internship, but I don't know much.

Absolutely dissatisfied in 2017 because of placements. Fees is increasing every year.

Placements: There is good placements opportunity. Recently, the companies that came in our college are TCS, Emphasis, Byjus, Cognizant, Caresoft, AIG Tata, Collabra, Star India and many more that I do not remember. More than average students were selected for the job from every branch. I thought it's the best platform for good future preference.

Not much bad and not much good in both teaching and placement, but the college has name and fame.

Placements: The placement is not much good. The big companies that came this year are TCS, Persistent and Byju's. Many small companies also came this year with a package of around 1.5 to 2.5 LPA, but TCS is always Day 1 company and recruits around 200 to 250 every year. In the end, around 80% students got placed if we don't look out for how many of them actually joined because of the lower package. The highest salary offered till now is 7 LPA. Roles offered are in the field of developer, management and BPO....

Good infrastructure and good enough facilities to get a placement.

Placements: As far as placement is concerned, the very first company which visited for the placement drive was TCS. Around 200+ students got selected with the offer of 3.1+ lacs per annum from my batch including all streams/branches. After that, there were some more companies also that visited in a pool campus drive like Cognizant, Mu Sigma, L&T, etc. There is a placement cell for organising placement drives. So, I would say that the college is good for placement.

Good placement in 2018 batch. A little bit dissatisfied with account department.

Placements: The placement graph of OIST for 2018 batch is very nice. For 2018 batch, approximately 600+ placements will happen, which will be highest in Madhya Pradesh. TCS is the MNC company, which is a mass recruiter for our college, and almost 206 IOST students got placed this year. Placement of the 2018 batch is too good in comparison to the 2017 batch.

Oriental has two faces bright from the outer side and dark from the inner side.

Placements: Approximately 60% of the students were placed from our senior batch this year. Only TCS comes to our college to take placements, and no other company comes to our college. Always, we are in tension for the placements. The college should also call some more companies, but nothing is happening.

Best private college in Bhopal for engineering. Best placement best faculty member with well expert.

Placements: The placements offered are good for especially for information technology and computer science. Some student also gets the placement from other branches. The average package offered is 3.5 lacs per annum. Some of the students also get the placement in the best company in MNC. Since the college has bonded with TCS and IBM. So the maximum student gets placement in TCS. Apart from this company like Samsung, etc. are also visited.

The college is too good, but the university is not good.

Placements: I was placed in TCS. I am a mechanical branch student, but I was placed in TCS. The faculty provide guidance on placements which is very valuable. My friends were placed in Triveni Turbine, and one of my friends was placed in Adani Power Plant Mundra. The overall college placement record is good.

Satisfactory placement and infrastructure, but poor faculty.

Placements: The companies are coming to college for recruitment. All the time, we were worried about the current situation, and hoping that we get a job in good company. The average package of college is around 3 LPA. The college makes you ready for all the times and gives you enough opportunity to prepare for the best.

Faculty members are good but placement remains a zone where much improvement is required.

Placements: Average plus placements, with average packages of around 3.5 lakhs per annum. Some core companies also visit for electronics and communication engineering and they give better packages. TCS is the major 1st-day recruiter. Mainly, software companies visit for the campus recruitment drive.

The quality of faculty needs to be improved.

Placements: Enough opportunities are provided by the administration to the students. But one has to be always up to grab it. Proper training is provided by the college for the placements. Many top companies such as TCS, Infosys, Cognizant, IBM, etc. visit with their pool campus drives.
