Placements: Placements here are average. The major company that comes is TCS, which is a mass recruiter. It is followed by Zycus, Mind Tree and many others. TCS employs more than 50 percent of the students. Whereas, the other companies recruit the rest. Placement percent here is around 70%.

Placements: TCS is the only mass recruiter. Mostly, students from CS, IT, and ECE are placed. The average package is around 3 LPA. Earlier, many companies used to visit every year but now, not so many companies visit. The placement is less compared to the previous years. Placements: The placement of my college was good for senior batches. To be placed in a good company, you will have to fulfill their criteria. Almost 40% students got placed with an average package of Rs. 3.25 lakhs. The highest package was Rs. 5.25 lakhs. Companies that were available to recruit are TCS, Accenture, Amazon and many more.

This college is a typical private engineering college. You should not expect much IIT level facilities from here. OEC is one the first private colleges in Bhubaneswar, Orissa and has a 60 acre campus. The college infrastructure is not so impressive but there is an auditorium, which is the biggest in Orissa. It’s good in education but the placement is very low. I want that government should take proper action towards the path of placement. It is the first private college of Odisha and also the semi government facilities. In the sense of faculty, they do not teach us in a proper manner so that the student get benefited from college. Placements: Most of the roles are offered by IT companies. TCS was the major company which used to visit our college for placements earlier. But now, the condition of placements is very bad. Now, most of the students are opting for off-campus drives.
