Our college has good teachers.
Placements: There are no placements in our college. Previously, Infosys offered placements.
Infrastructure: Tables in classrooms are dusty. The library is not good. Wi-Fi is only for staff members. There are many labs in our college. There are six computer labs, but only three are in good condition.
Faculty: Teachers are knowledgeable, but our teaching methods are different. The pass percentage is 60%. Teaching only the syllabus is insufficient. We need industrial skills. Semester exams are conducted by Anna University.
Other: I chose this course because I like it. We can learn a lot and update our knowledge.

The worst college for engineering
Placements: A college with no placement. They conduct some campus drives, but all of them or not worth. Highly possible companies that came for campus interviews conducted by placement cell are BPOs where engineering is not used. For the high profile candidates who all are having more CGPA will be allowed to participate in interviews with so-called IT companies but truly, they are just project centers which use candidates only for 6 months only for making academic projects. All the placement advertisements given by them are nearly fake. The candidates who and all are shown on placement advertisements are selected by those project centers and BPOs. Another worst thing is if a candidate got a job other than the placement cell for example by TCS and other competitive exams also they used to post their pictures and stating that they got placed only by their placement cell. They arrange placement training by some agencies which take only 50% of classes due to not availability of time and that 50% of classes also contains rubbish things all the targets are to get covered all the things printed in their books. A total waste to join in this college. If you ask for a job after completion, they request you to join PG with them for a low fee because no other students come and join with them. After completing PG, the same thing is happening.
Infrastructure: Talking about infrastructure, the college is located near the highway which gives a good look to the college so they built a huge building in the front but inside and at the back of the main building, still, old-school infrastructure is there. All labs use old computers and machinery. In electrical and electronics labs, all equipment are very old and do not work properly.
Faculty: Nearly all the faculty members are old students from the same college or else freshers who just finished their engineering last year. For course curriculum, they have the same old traditional five courses namely CSE, EEE, ECE and mechanical which are stated as nearly no job engineering courses. After BE, they beg a student's parents to admit students to PG for getting a good job but that also is a rubbish idea because there is no experienced faculty members in this college. Only HODs are experienced while others are freshers because they won't pay faculty members at all. They only credit salary for 4 to 5 months, not on a regular basis.
Other: The college is located very near to the town. The college bus will cover nearly all areas but they charge a huge amount for travel and a lot of students are forced into one bus. All buses are very old ones whose body can break apart at any time. The location was good. Only students who are day scholars from native Kanchipuram can be advised to join. Poor hostels particularly for the girls' hostel. Every month there will be some theft cases occurring. But if girls give a complaint to the management, they will start speaking very bad about that girls' character like you invited your boyfriend to come to your room like that. Food in the hostel is another worst thing.

Other: The college has huge buildings and great infrastructure but there is no modern equipment. The hostel is neat and clean. The students are placed with the average salary package.
