The PGDAV college review Nehru Nagar Delhi.

Placements: The placement cell is too active. The placements are after the interview. The students who are far better from others got selected. Many big companies came for counselling and recruitment. Companies like MTV, Microsoft, Amazon, Wipro, Flipkart, Snapdeal, etc., have visited the campus.

PGDAV college touching new heights in every area.

Placements: In my course, barely 1-2 students go for the placement through the placement cell of my college. In my batch, one student got the job of the annual package of 4 LPA. In the end, he also has not gone for the job. The students don't want to do the job only after being graduate in political science(Hons). Most of the students are either UPSC aspirant or SSC.

I don't have any complaint about my college. Good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: The placement cell of PGDAV serves as an interface between the students and the corporate world. It is really helpful for the career and many of our seniors have got the job through our cell. Students have to achieve at least 60 percent in their respective courses for getting the placement. The highest salary is 4.2 LPA and the lowest is 1.9 LPA. Some of the companies which have recruited our students in the recent past are Ernst and Young, Royal Bank of Scotland, British Telecom, ICICI Prudenti...

The review of PGDAV with my memory.

Placements: A few companies visited in January and in the middle of the February with a package of 1-1.5 lacs per annum. Keep looking on the notice board because there is no way you get notified. You keep your IQ level adequate because there is a test, which you have to pass to sit in the placement.

Types of colleges in Delhi university.

Placements: The college has come big companies that offer great packages, but only a few were selected, and others don't get a chance to participate. The last year we had a great time, and we were able to get a good placement in the international companies. The chances for the students of getting selected are 40%.

Canteen, library and cultural societies.

Placements: The college-organized placements were average to below average. The package offered to my batch and senior batch was ranging between 1-3 lacs. The central placement cell of the university had slightly better internships, packages and profiles on offer. You're pretty much on your own for placements.

PGDAV- A pretty good option

Placements: The placement in PGDAV was pretty good. There was a dedicated society for managing the flow of opportunities. The flow couldn't meet the expectation but gave a network to the people to which can help them to sort things out for their career. Though incentives were okay, as just undergraduates, it was fine enough as well to carry out expense and fun as a college student.

Therefore, placements, especially for the political science students are not provided as of now.
