Placements: 5 percent students got placement from this course. Highest package of the course is 50K and lowest package is 15K. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, BYJUYS, etc. In an average of 3% to 10% students gets placement in this course. Roles offered are Data analyst, management.

Infrastructure: College hostel is moderately clean and rooms are little clean. There are strictly some restrictions like no smoking, drinking, also time to time activities. Wi-Fi not available on campus, canteen is better, medical facility not available, sports & games are good.

Faculty: Faculty is very careful to students, teacher, union, controller section. Many seminars are conducted in our college like space research, no smoking etc. This college does not makes students perfectly for industrial professional experience employees. Semester exams are very difficult.

With Good Infrastructure and Good Faculty: Panskura Banamali College

Placements: No student from my batch has been selected anywhere. TCS, Shri Ram Finance, Kuchina, etc., are the recruiting companies. I am pursuing a B.Sc. in Physics through my course. According to previous years' data, the lowest package is 10K, the median package is 25K, and the highest package is 45K. About 60% of students have attended internships at ISRO, and 8% of students have attended internships at DST Inspire. Almost 100% of students have interned at Medinipur College.

Infrastructure: In terms of infrastructure, our department allows students to easily obtain a bachelor's degree in Physics. There is a friendly relationship between teachers and students. One student has even achieved the highest degree, a Ph.D., at our college in Physics. The labs are modern, and there is Wi-Fi available. The food in the canteen and hostel is good value for money. There are two large playgrounds: one for football and another for volleyball.

Faculty: Regarding the faculty, our teachers are highly qualified in their subjects. They deliver lectures in an easy-to-understand manner, but about 10% of the teachers may not teach effectively. Students have opportunities to secure jobs in the industry. However, it is quite challenging for the Department of Physics to qualify for semester exams, as a minimum of 40% is required to pass.

Other: I chose this course to pursue higher studies in science and technology. The laboratory in our college's Physics department requires further improvements. There are also better scholarship opportunities for many students, such as INSPIRE, SVMCM, NSP, JRF, etc.

Review of Panskura Banamali college.

Placements: None of the companies recruit B.Sc physics students directly after B.Sc. But after this, you can do M.Sc so that companies can recruit you. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. The salary packages were offered based on their education qualification, extra skills - internships, coding, etc.

Infrastructure: The entire campus is Wi-Fi enabled. The college has a huge library in which more than 20,000 books are available 24x7. There is a huge playground and we also have a gym. The food served in the canteen is very good for health and charges reasonable price.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are very grateful and helpful to students. Especially physics department is best in class among all departments of the college. Second is the geography department. Most of teachers are holding their PhDs from very reputed universities in India.

I am satisfied with this college because of its good placements.

Placements: The minimum of 80% in academics is needed for students to get admission here. After completing the (Hons) course, you can opt for M.Sc in this college. You will also get Vivekananda scholarships if you had above 65% in your intermediate.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure like Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms and library are available. Hostel facilities are good, and the hostel is available inside the college campus. Our college provides hostel facility for both girls and boys. Quality food is served in the mess, and the canteen is also good. Medical facilities are available, and sports and games are also available. The playground is available inside the campus.
