We are PMECian's, and we are the best.

Placements: The placements of our course-related companies are good, and they are coming in numbers to take our students for their companies that make our college reputation not only the college but also they make the life of the students. The companies like Wipro and Infosys are coming here for the placements.

The short Review of PMEC, Berhampur.

Placements: Parala Maharaja Engineering College (PMEC) was established in 2009. As a New College, Past batch students struggled to get Selected via Campus because there was very few companies visited the college as the college wasn't so renowned. But gradually year by year we have seen there is a lot of increase in no. Of companies visiting college for campus selection.

Though the college is new, but it is developing very fast and improving in certain criteria.

Placements: I am new to this institute though I have minimum knowledge about our placement to share with you. Companies like TCS, L&T, Wipro, Net2source, Accenture, etc., come to select a number of students. Also, Accenture and L&T are the best companies for civil students. Mainly, these companies come to recruit students, and the recruitment percentage is growing very faster every year though it is a new institute established in 2009 ranking a B+ grade.

Overall strategy of our college is very good. Placement strategy is also increasing year after year.

Placements: As our college is new, the placements are not much eye-catching. But some companies visit our college such as Wipro, Tata BSS, and also some small-scale industries. The number of students got placed on campus are also comparatively low, but they get placed on off-campus and walk-in interviews. A good number of students get good government jobs, and even a good number of GATE qualifiers passed out from our college.

The college is ragging free with an environment suitable to learn a lot.

Placements: The college has organized a pool campus of Wipro, which provide an average package of 3.2 LPA. Other companies which visited our college were Tata BSS, Infoway, Net2Source, Infinity providing an average package of 2.3 LPA. Some of the junior students were kept as a volunteer for the campus programme.

I would like to give 4.5/5 star rating, and once you feel comfortable, then you like the college.

Placements: Generally, 3rd-year students are not allowed to campus drive because they are not fully prepared for the campus. If 3rd-year students are allowed due to some lack, only a few students selected which is a bad point for our college. Tthe companies also will come to take 4th-year students, so only 4th-year students are allowed for the campus placements because, at that time, they are preparing for the GATE exam and teachers also help them. They guide them and also teach them that how to get a job e...

Worth appreciating about the faculty and campus.

Placements: The number of companies, which visit the college is quite good as it holds a significant percentage among all colleges. There should not be any worry regarding placements. The NAAC team accredited the college with a B+ grade, which helps as an invitation for companies to come for recruitment. A significant number of students were getting recruited from the college, as 52 students recently got selected for an assistant executive engineer in the government of Odisha through OPSC, 25 students are c...

PMEC is the best college.

Placements: The PMEC college was established in 2009. Till now, it is a good college, and if I say about placement, then it has average placement. Many companies are coming like TCS, Wipro, and Mahindra. This is a new college under government institution and going well rapidly. The college provides AMCAT opportunity also.

The college has development in high-speed.

Placements: Only 5 to 6 companies are coming to our college each year from the last 2 years in which Wipro is the common one. 40 students get selected every year and had 3.5 Lacs per annum. About 60% of the students are selected in the total campus which is quite impressive according to last 9 years.

My beautiful Parala Maharaja Engineering College.

Placements: It is one of the best colleges for off-campus placements. The best thing about this college is that it is a government college. Nine students out of 10 students get a job after passing out from this college with a minimum package of Rs. 20,000 per month. It is really a nice college to study and is also very affordable.

A rapidly developing college with a great campus and infrastructure.

Placements: It is in a baby stage, so there are very fewer campus placements till now, but it is growing rapidly. Now it is only about 30 percent of passing students but is increasing rapidly every year. I just got admitted this year (2017), and am hoping for the best as I pass from here.

Really well-educational campus, good for concept teaching, good placement in 2017,good infrastructure.

Placements: The pool campuses are arranged in our college in which 50 percent students are qualifying every year. TCS and Wipro like companies are offering Rs. 35 lakhs per annum and some small companies are offering Rs. 20 lakhs per annum, which is good for any fresher. The software engineers and the automobile engineers are mostly getting the jobs.

Come and be a part of the PMEC family!

Placements: Overall, placements are good. During our batch, hardly someone knew our college. Still, there were good opportunities for students for off-campus drives. Students from our batch are now working in TCS, IGate, Wipro, Amdocs, Accenture, HCL, CGI, Amazon, Exilant etc. with good packages. Now the placement cell is well advanced. They are trying their best for conducting on-campus drives.

Budding college with lots of potential and fast growing infrastructure.

Placements: We had off-campus placements like Capgemini and a designing company. At that time, the only way to get placed in a firm was to get through Cocubes and AMCAT. But now they are trying to bring on campus placements for the students. The senior batch students have struggled a lot regarding their studies and opportunity to excel and they did in every possible way. That is why nearly 40 students from our branch got jobs in Odisha Public Service Commission as an Assistant Executive Engineer in 2015. ...
