This college is a good choice for students.

Placements: The college has a separate team for placements. They guide the students very well for the summer internship programme as well as for the final placements. They also help students in drafting their CVs. Group discussion sessions, mock interviews, are also carried out by them to help the students in improving their communication skills. Reputed companies visit our campus to offer jobs.

Amazing faculty. Happy to be a part of this college for 5 years.

Placements: Placements were good. All the specialisation placements were done. Famous reputed companies come for placements. Package is also as expected. More than marks students are also judged and selected according to their behaviour and physical aspects. Almost 87% students were selected for placements. Stipend is not given by all the companies. Very less companies provide stipend.

Best infrastructure but avg placement and faculty.

Placements: Placement cell is good only for the creamy student. If you have good rapport with the placement team and you continue be in touch with the placement cell, it is 70% chances that you could get the placement. Package offered is from the range of 2-4Lac. Initially after 2008, students suffer fro the placement but it is okay now. But you can not say that there is 100% placement, as promised during the admission. Generally, 30-60% got the opportunity from campus. Majority of job offered are for sale...

Dissatisfied with the teaching style of faculty. Zero value addition in self. Facilities are good.

Placements: The placements for my senior batch was good. The highest package was 8.3 lakhs pa, the lowest was 3 lakhs pa. The average salary is 4.5 lakhs. Federal Banks, Deloitte, HDFC Bank, Capgemini, Motilal Oswal, etc. hired the students. The most common role for a fresher student was management trainee. On an average, 60% students get placed. 100% students get an internship from the college itself. The highest stipend offered is 10000 pm, the lowest is 2000 pm, and the average is 5000 pm.

Partly strict faculty, best infrastructure, average placement.

Placements: Many companies like the Federal Bank(Finance), Delmonte, Asian Paints(Marketing), Motilal Oswal(HR) have visited our college and average salary offered to our seniors was up to 4 lakhs per annum depending on the designation. But now for us, there were more than 25 companies which had come for summer internship including all specialisations with an average of Rs.3,000 stipend by many companies, and some firms without any stipend too existed.

PIMSR provides a good platform for its management students by organising various seminars where professors and industry professionals speak about the current market scenario and research. The knowledgeable and experienced faculty is helpful and encourages the students in all their endeavours. It also provides a good infrastructure and a study based environment for students to discover and develop themselves in this competitive world.

It is a decent college for average students. With well experienced professors and wise director. Few subject like HR, Business communications are given less importance and teachers for those are not really corporate experienced and only good with theoretical knowledge. Students who can pick up with self-study can easy be the Star in this college. Placements are horrible and the placement cell wants to achieve their targets rather than quality jobs for students.

Facilities available for students are good. Library, Computer Lab, etc. is nice. Talking about faculty members, only few of the professors are doing their job perfectly, rest others are just teaching just for money with no interest. Placement from college for Marketing is very good but for others like Finance, IT and HR, it’s just waste, instead students can do better by searching jobs from outside.
