I am glad that I have got a good opportunity to share my views about my graduation college. As currently I am pursuing my Masters of Management Studies (MMS) degree from non-reputed college, unfortunately didn't got admission in Pillai college as I wanted to complete my masters from same institute from where I had completed my graduation. It is a decent college for average students. With well experienced professors and wise director. Few subject like HR, Business communications are given less importance and teachers for those are not really corporate experienced and only good with theoretical knowledge. Students who can pick up with self-study can easy be the Star in this college. Placements are horrible and the placement cell wants to achieve their targets rather than quality jobs for students.
I would like to share my overall experience with Pillai’s institute. It’s really a good college with lots of teaching and management skills. I have learned a lot of knowledge things apart from studies I have also participated in various filed of games/athletics conducted by college. Our college helps to promote values, social responsibilities and good citizenry in all of us. With very great enthusiastically i recommend my college to each and every one!
Facilities available for students are good. Library, Computer Lab, etc. is nice. Talking about faculty members, only few of the professors are doing their job perfectly, rest others are just teaching just for money with no interest. Placement from college for Marketing is very good but for others like Finance, IT and HR, it’s just waste, instead students can do better by searching jobs from outside.
