Placements: The placement is not good for civil engineering students in PCCOE. As civil engineering has recently started, so placements are not good. Only a few students for selected that too in IT companies, so you can guess about placements in PCCOE. But recently, many students are getting placed in government sectors by their own efforts.
Placements: The placements at PCCOE are really very good. Most of the IT companies recruit from PCCOE. Apart from that, various off-campus drives are conducted at PCCOE. The average package is 3-3.25 lakhs per annum. KPIT, Cap Gemini, L&T Infotech, Tech Mahindra are the major recruiters. Dream status companies like Mercedes Benz, Bosch etc. having very good package also visit PCCOE.
Placements: PCCOE is known for its placements. In all over Maharashtra, PCCOE is known for its T&P cell. It has a very good T&P cell with TPO professor Rawandale, who has years of experience in this field. For our seniors, the batch placements were a little better than us. This year, due to low market, companies are recruiting fewer numbers. You can check with other colleges, but in this tough situation also, we had good placements this year. 80% of eligible students are placed till date in some well-repu...
Placements: This is a perfect college for those people who want to get placements. Placements in the IT and computer department are very large in number. Placements in mechanical engineering department are also very fine for those who have been decent in their performance and are strong technically. Placements for 2016 batch were very huge and same was the case last year. Almost 50% of students were placed, in few cases, more than 4 lacs packages were given. Those who wanted internships were helped by the c...
Placements: Placement of the senior batches was good. Almost 70% of total eligible students were placed in the campus placement. Companies that mostly visited were from the IT sector, such as mass recruiters TCS, Cognizant, Capgemini etc. Other companies such as Mercedes Benz, Flipkart and Amazon also come to the campus. Average salary is 3 lakh/annum.
Placements: Placements for senior i.e. 2016 batch were good with maximum students getting placed especially in the IT sectors and also some mechanical core companies like Mercedes, Behr, 3dplm etc. come. IT companies like KPIT, L&T Infotech, Capgemini etc. come to the campus. The average salary was about 3-3.25 LPA.
The faculty of the college is really good. The placements that the college provides are awesome. They will train you to sit for 10 hours nonstop. The technical competency of the college is good. The infrastructure is decent, it is not top notch. The M. Tech course in this college is also good. Don't take admission in this college if you cannot maintain discipline.
This college provides best placements. Also, the faculty is good. The T&P officer of this college is very well known. Mr. Shital Kumar Rawandale is head of T&P cell of Pune University and he guarantees that you get the maximum opportunities for placements. The college is also great and the teaching staff is great. Attendance is compulsory, so think accordingly. Best luck for education ahead.
Teaching in PCCOE is quite good. The professors are good and some professors have completed their PhD also. The college ensures 75% attendance from students. Also the laboratories for practicals are well equipped. The campus is great. The canteen is not that good because there is very less variety. One thing that teachers lack is the English speaking ability which should be improved. Overall the placements are good.
In a nutshell, this college is not for the students who are looking to chill out through their engineering. Faculty is strict and serious about completion of the syllabus. The type of teaching is little on the spoon-feeding side, and you got to be loyal to the teachers if you want it to go smoothly. Placements are very good. Thanks to the awesome TPO, and their motto is, everyone shall get placed.
The pros: Good infrastructure and facilities. Faculty completes the Syllabus in time. Organises various events. Takes effort to improve students. Disciplined. Helping faculty (only if you are sincere) The cons: Attendance is compulsory (75%, actually beneficial to many) Geeks suffer as they don't get enough time to do good stuffs aside from college. No proper Research facility.
The college is spread across lush green surroundings with appreciable facilities and urge from management to enrich the student. The day to day activities facilitate for the overall development of the student. Ample amount of activities and supplementary training to ensure the best is imparted to students.
Pros: Great College, good Placements, fees is less as compared to other colleges. College is very much focused towards students. Teachers and Non-teaching staff are cooperative. Big playground in the campus to play cricket, football, volley ball. Cons: Very strict attendance rule, uniform is compulsory.
One of the best institute in engineering studies. It gives well suited teaching learning process which helps the students to cover their concepts regarding syllabus. Also it has teaching staff which mainly focuses on student. The schedule of academics is strictly followed. Which is actually very good. Placements of the final year engineering students is also good.
One of best colleges under Pune University for placements, a bit strict, but after 4 years better outcome than expected. College is focused on academics, and also extra-curricular activities and events. For the final year students, proper guidance for higher studies and entrance exams is provided.
PCOOE is the best college for the student who is sincere and who wants to get placed in future. Only placement is the good thing about this college. Otherwise, this college is very strict as compared to schools. They torture students as if they are criminals. Everyone is busy in completing syllabuses. No one will focus on the quality of education.
I studied Computer Engineering from this college and I must say the First Year (FE) is very poor. The administrative staff is very rude and slow. However I must include that this should not be taken into consideration while choosing an Engineering institute as that is omnipresent. Moving on to the infrastructure, we have excellent labs with up-to-date hardware available. Library is accessible till late night for boys and till 8 o clock for girls. College Faculty: It’s just like any other mediocr...
This is not a college, it is a school. If you talk to girls then they make sure that you don't pass next semester’s practical exams. This college discernment among students is on the basic of OMS and non-OMS. If you are not a Maharashtrian then you are going to face a lot of problems.
The college is good in terms of academy and placement. Just the thing is you have to be very regular. College is having an average and less campus area. The faculty is quite good and friendly. The college atmosphere and surrounding is good for study. If you maintain a minimum criteria for company then there is lots of chances to get placed easily
The college is good in its culture and environment. Campus placements are way too good. Tpo shital kumar rawandale leads all the placements only thing is it’s a bit strict in 1st year. But as the year increases the strictness goes on reducing. Mechanical is the chilliest department.
