Nice college and add a lot of value in our life. Staff is very good as they help us in all steps of the learning duration and after that as well. College has provided me a lot of opportunity to learn real life problems and taught us how we can handle the situation under pressure and by using our capacity to the fullest.
Each day in the PCMRD was not just good it was fabulous. It doesn’t mean each day is full of joy and fun. There is struggle, there are bad days but the only campus where you can enjoy it and overcome it. Would specially like to mention about the faculty which is the best ever I seen. It's an awesome college for your personal as well as your social grooming. Faculty in this college are really awesome and very helpful. The infrastructure is also good, there is a big ground for playing and separate ground for volleyball and basketball.The non-teaching staff is also so cooperative and calm, you will not find anywhere else.
Placements: Institute has a dedicated placement cell comprising of placement officer and student representatives. Apart from campus placements (both summer internship and final), the cell conducts various workshops like soft skills, interview skills to groom students.
Best environment for progressive learning and experience. Good faculty on board. Exposure to extracurricular activities, industrial visits, inter collegiate events and intra collegiate events. Overall development of average and below average students. College events and activities help development of overall perspective of students. Guest Lectures are of great help
One of the best institutes in Pune to offer masters in management. They have industry experienced faculty which makes the difference in the teaching approach. The infrastructure is too good with best of the swimming pool in the town. The Llbrary has number of books and magazines which helps the students to get the adequate exposure to internationally acclaimed theories.
Institutes Motto – Lets Lead! It is one of the good institutes in Pune with good faculty and with good facilities. It is a shining college in Pune exploring brains and knowledge. The students have the right to explore their ideas, and communicate with faculties in a friendly manner, that actually eased my 2 years of MBA.
This college has one of the best faculty. I have studied academics but along with this I have enhanced my extracurricular activities which helped me in corporate world. The academic agenda and monthly tests helped me to keep up with daily management syllabus. College is ok. The level has only been dropping over the years. The good faculty kept on resigning from college while the college kept on hiring average to below average faculties. They weren't even professors and seemed to be people straight out of MBA without any work experience. There were barely 2-3 professors who had some knowledge and experience of the corporate world. The rest of the faculty focused more on theoretical study than case studies and proper presentations.
Well friends, PCMRD does not boast of crackling placements or top visiting faculty members, but this average atmosphere inspires you to work even harder and better. I got a job in a joint campus placement with another college. So if you are hardworking and enthusiastic about what you want to learn, this is the place for you! Placements: Placements for my senior batch were 100%. The roles offered were in sales and marketing, finance, HR, operations and general management. For summers, the average stipend was good. There is a placement cell, which is run by the student council. It is very efficient.
Placements: Placements in our college are good. The TPO invite good companies and provide internships for students. Our college provides practical knowledge about the industry and grooms our skills. The second-year students were already placed while we started doing an internship. The TPO also arranged a seminar regarding resume building and improving practical knowledge for students.
