An honest review of my college, as I know it since 2017.

Placements: In presidency college, we have a dedicated placement cell which takes care of the placement in the college. I joined this college in 2017, in that year, the highest package offered to the BCA graduate was 13.2 Lacs, the lowest package offered was 3.5 Lacs and the average package/yearly salary was around 4.2 Lacs. Around 90% students who had applied for placement got selected. This year (2018 ), we saw that the highest package offered was 7 Lacs, the lowest package offered was 3 Lacs, and the ave...

It is very good college in the academics, sports and also in cultural activities.

Placements: There are a lot of companies that come to college. Many big companies like L&T, WIPRO, CAPGEMINI, and many more come for the placements. The students are in a way that there would be a minimum chance of getting rejected in the interview and mostly all the students are being placed.

My three years of Presidency was too good, and It's a complete package for everything.

Placements: The college offers 100% placement to the students. There is placement cell in the college which help the students to perform better in all the rounds of interviews. There are many renowned companies like EY, L&T, KPMG, Amazon, etc. which visit the campus for the recruitment. About 85% of the students get placed in every year.

I am very satisfied with this college.

Placements: They are offering placements in big companies like. Amazon, Ey, KPMG, federal bank, standard charted, axis bank and much more etc. For placement, we should clear all subjects in the fifth semester then only we can attend an interview in the fifth semester. One backlog is not a problem.

A pocket-size power house in a place like Kempapura

Placements: Placements during my time was a bit less due to certain situations. Even though this year, it was top notch. Several companies come and either they are too selective or they will recruit in bulk. In our time, almost 60% students got placed, that too with hefty packages.

Absolutely satisfied. Everything is on part with the review.

Placements: The placements offered in our college were pretty well last time. Many reputed companies like EY, Delloite, KPMG, Amazon etc., had visited. And most of the students were placed according to their interest. The placement coordinator was helpful, and the whole placement committee will help you throughout guiding you.

Highly satisfied with the education and training pattern.

Placements: The procedure of placements for earlier batches has been quite successful maintaining an average of over 70%. However, our batch has still witnessed only some low packages from companies. The highest salary package hasn't crossed 5L per annum till now. Reputed companies like Oracle, Amazon etc., are also coming to the campus. The majority of jobs are however in the sales department. HR jobs are non-frequent. The placement department is also not very considerate of the students' choices.

Who ever are desperate for the academics and good merits, just go for it.

Placements: For BBA, the average salary offered is 20-25 k per month. And the companies like EY, JP Morgan, L&T, Amazon come for the placements. The roles offered relates to their selection of streams like HR, finance and marketing. And till date, L&T, JP Morgan visited the campus, and many companies are yet to come.

Absolutely fantastic and little expensive.

Placements: The placement is good. It depends on how you performed in your interview during the placement drive. The top reputed companies will come for the placement. You can attend the placement drives as per your specialisation. They will give proper training to attend the interviews.

The review is about Presidency College Bangalore.

Placements: Placements are very good with top-rated companies for example companies like Amazon, TCS, Oracle, Justdial, etc. We have placement development training in college with is very useful for us during interviews. By these training sessions, we can go to interview and we can get the best salary package in good companies. The highest package is 7 LPA and the lowest is 3.5 LPA.

Good college to study in if you are serious about your studies.

Placements: Placements are good, especially for marketing students. Sometimes, some companies come for internships. Placements normally start after the 2nd semester. I was placed in a reputed audit company. Faculty members are also very helpful when it comes to placements of students. But you can choose only 1 stream for placements. For example, if you are looking for a job in finance, you can sit only for finance companies and not for marketing companies.

Absolutely satisfied because of placements in 2017 and the crowd is also good.

Placements: Placements are average in Presidency. Mostly, 70% of students get placed. The highest package is 9 lakhs and the minimum is 2.5 lakhs. Most of the Fortune 500 companies visit the campus. To name a few, HP, Wipro, IBM, EY, KPMG etc. There is no internship facility provided by the college.

The best degree college in north Bangalore.

Placements: The placements in Presidency College show a steady improvement every year. More and more companies come to the campus looking for good talents. The average package in my time was around 2 lakhs per annum and by now, I am sure that would have gone up. The top companies at my time were Tesco and EY that came for recruitment.

Overall, the college is average and the facilities are limited, but has a good strength of faculty.

Placements: The placements are average here as 60% students were placed, and 2.4-6.4 LPA was the lowest to highest salaries offered. The marketing students were placed more when compared with the other batches. HR stream was given the lowest placement as only 2 companies came. Mahindra, Bajaj, Amazon, Decathlon, E&Y are the companies visiting the campus, from which Jaro Education gave the highest salary of 660000 annually. The placement rounds consist of GDs and personal interviews. ...
