A good college needs good faculties, not just infrastructure.

Placements: The placements were not as attractive as it was expected. It's not entirely the college's fault. It is also because of the slow growth of the IT industry. Most of the placements happen with the IT industry. Even if the placements are somehow provided, the average package is less. This could be changed if the college reaches out to other non-IT companies also.

Unforgettable college and hostel life, good professors and average placement.

Placements: Placements are average. Highest package - 11.2 lpa. Lowest package - 3.5 lpa. Average package - 5.5 lpa. Companies like Accenture, Infosys, ICICI Securities, CCD, IBM, Blue Star, Natural Remedies, etc. come for placement. College worth doing your MBA in.

Placements: Placements were great. A majority of companies was from the IT sector. Almost all students were placed in big companies like Deloitte, Infosys, HP, IBM, Dell, Accenture, Oracle, etc. The highest package offered was 11 lacs and the average package was 7+ lacs. Everyone got the internship in companies of all fields. I got an opportunity to work in a start-up which is a good thing.

College doing a good job because of overall good practices.

Placements: The college does have good contacts with many big companies like Volvo, Infosys, Bigbasket, Zomato, Exide Life, Siemens, Halma and much more which come for placements and internships year after year. The average package is around 7-8 lakhs per annum. 98% of the senior batch is placed well and the college does good effort to ensure all the students get well placed. In the end, it all depends on the students but the college does a commendable effort by organizing various meets and events like Weca...

Amazing industry-academia connect, which is the need of the hour.

Placements: WeSchool Bengaluru had a good placement season in the academic year 2016-17 as over 90% of the batch is already placed. However, there were some voluntary opt-outs as these students are either eyeing entrepreneurship or would want to join their family businesses or other such reasons. There was a vast diversity in terms of the companies that came on campus; from FMCG to IT to consulting and logistics. Some key recruiters were Deloitte, ICICI Bank, ICICI Securities, KPMG, Maiyas', Accenture, Exid...

Faculty is very good. A lot to learn, if the opportunities are utilized well.

Placements: The placement cell of the college is very active and the students, as well as the teachers, endeavour at getting new companies every year. This year Redbull, Big Basket, Quikr, Patanjali, Treebo are some of the new companies that came for internships. Besides these, other companies for summer internship were HSBC, Exide, Positive Solutions, Siemens, Aditya Birla Group, Parag Milk, Volvo, Toyota, etc. The stipend ranged from 0-40000. Welingkar has a brand name and is good for freshers. May not be very good for experienced folks.

Placements: The college provides ample opportunities for summer and winter internships at companies like Volvo, Toyota, Mahindra, Halma, HSBC, Exide, Big Basket, Quikr and Samsung. The students can choose to get the internship from an outside source also. The stipend varies from 0 to 40000. The final placements for marketing students are not that good and are mainly in Sales, Business Development and customer profile. The operations placements are good with an average package of 7-8 Lacs at companies like...

An amazing experience of two years.

Placements: As we see the market is a bit slow this year, so there has been a slump in the placements for this year, but still companies are coming. So the placement percentage may increase. As of now, 91.7% of the students have been placed. As the salaries are confidential, I am not entitled to disclose the same. Companies visiting the campus ranges from various industries right from IT, pharma to retail. Some of them are Dell, Infosys, Madura Group, Oracle, IBM, Randstad, Natural Remedies, Star Hyper, et...

The placements are decent. The college campus is very small.

Placements: Placements in the college are decent, with the highest package being somewhere around 12-13 lacs and the lowest package being 5 lacs. The companies include established ones like IBM, Randstad, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS and start up companies like Portea etc. The roles are mainly middle level and are varied and depends on individual skills, past experience, and overall educational background From my batch, almost all students have been placed and the companies are still coming in for the remaining...

Good college for learning and developing a connect in the start-up industry.

Placements: Decent placements. However, it is expected that you have to be on your heels all the time as there are many opportunities. 100% placements in finance with ICICI being the main recruiter. Around 85% of the batch was placed with highest being 11.2 LPA and the average being 5-6 LPA.

ROI should be greater in terms of the placement.

Placements: The placements are still going on right now but the previous batch had better placements. Companies such as Capgemini, Accenture, Godrej and Boyce, Infosys and Tata Consultancy Services conduct interviews in Welingkar. 7 lakhs is the average package offered here and 15 lakhs is the highest offered.

Sitting in the IT hub of Bengaluru, you cannot ask for a better exposure to the corporate world. Hostel life of We school Bangalore cannot go unmentionable. The most sorted hostel campus n life any college can offer is here.

The overall course structure is very nice. Most of the faculty members including both regular and visiting are master of their own trade. The only concern areas are placement and student discrimination. Although campus facilities are excellent. A sincere candidate will get healthy corporate experience in this college. Just mark one thing if one need good placement try to increase ones visibility.
