No placements, few college fests, good infrastructure but dissatisfied with teaching.
Placements: There were only 7-8 companies that came to campus, and only 15-20 students were placed. They make a lot of promises about placements before we enroll, but after we are admitted, we find out that they were just false promises. To make matters worse, they don't give all students a fair chance at placement. If we have a 60% or below grade in our 10th, we won't even be considered. The highest salary this year was 6 LPA, which went to one student. The average salary was 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at this college is good. It has its own Wi-Fi, labs, classrooms, and library. All of these facilities are clean, hygienic, and well maintained. The Wi-Fi is accessible to students. The college also has a sports ground that is well maintained and provides a wide variety of games and the necessary equipment. There is also a gym on campus. The college does not have a mess or a hostel, but it does have a canteen that serves decent-quality snacks and food.
Faculty: While all the teachers were qualified, only a few were good at sharing their knowledge. The course curriculum was not relevant to today's industry standards and did not prepare students for industry jobs. Passing exams was easy. Semester exams were out of 70 marks, and internal exams were out of 30. To pass, we needed at least 28 marks on semester exams and 12 marks on internal exams. The final passing percentage was 40%.
Other: I chose this college because I didn't get any other good options in the CAP grounds. The course syllabus needs to be updated to meet industry standards. Students need hands-on experience to be industry-ready, and the college should try to build projects for companies with its students. On the plus side, the college is heavily crowded, and connectivity is excellent, with local buses every minute and a nearby metro stop. Students can enjoy fests, events, and extracurriculars like Spandan, M-pulse, Avishkar, and various project competitions. Scholarships are available if you are in any kind of minority and the government has a scheme for you (Maharashtra candidates as an example).

Review of Progressive Education Society's Modern College of Engineering.
Placements: Training and placement cell trains our students from the 2nd semester but we are eligible for the placements from the 6th semester. Companies like Zoho, TCS, Infosys, Resolve, Soti, CEI, Hexaware, Emphasis, Wipro, Sasken, etc. have come for the campus drive and 80% of our students have been selected. Even the placement cell provides opportunities for the alumni even after 2 years .
Infrastructure: In my college, the campus life is really, really awesome. The campus area is really good and fresh so all students come to the college. The ratio in college is 60 boys:40 girls. Sometimes opposite workshop rooms are available for mechanical students, computer students have computer labs, etc. Sports grounds and gyms are available on campus.
Faculty: The faculties are very kind and approachable. We get to ask doubts to them frequently, even after the college time or on holidays. They'll surely reply to us. Their approach to teaching is very clear and simple . They also interact with us frequently. We can approach them whenever we have doubts. They're very calm and knowledgeable.

College faculty needs to understand that placement is not the sole measure of success in life.
Placements: In placements, only 5–6 companies come to hire around 10–15 students from our batch. The highest package is 17 LPA, and the average is 4 LPA. The top recruiting companies include Deloitte and HCLTech. Internships are offered to all with a $10,000 stipend, later potentially converting into a full-time job. The top role offered is senior analyst.
Infrastructure: The college infrastructure is excellent, with a prime location. All computer labs are well-maintained, providing free internet on campus. The hostel, with a fee of $50,000 per year, is affordable and equipped with adequate facilities. The mess food is average, and the canteen lacks proper facilities. Only first-aid kits are available for emergency medical conditions.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, but there's a notable emphasis on campus placements rather than the syllabus. There seems to be a lack of attention to the curriculum. The curriculum is affiliated with Savitribai Phule University. Semester exams are challenging, but most students in our class managed to pass.

The university is good, and it is eco-friendly; it gives a bright future for the students.
Placements: They will provide us the internships regarding the paid internship. They will consult outside developers to get an opportunity for our college students. Here we got opportunity on Converse coding opportunity and Tech Mahindra platform training. Some companies provide internship programs; they offer junior assistant roles for students and the stipend is 10,000 per month.
Infrastructure: Honestly, the college has very small campuses, no playgrounds, and no place for sitting students. There is only a small cafeteria. Although the college has an annual festival, "SPANDAN," every year. The college comes with a well-equipped library with a wide range of books provided in MCOE, which shall enhance students' knowledge of the course syllabus as well as various entrance exams. The college has many technical and non-technical groups like Pixinsights Club, App Club, ITSA, and Reader Zone Club.
Faculty: The class consists of 50–60 students. The faculty has to teach around 60 students; the relationship is good between the students and the faculty. I like Suresh sir very much; he is very friendly with the students and he helped me with many situations. Chandra sir didn't like it because he always hesitates, even in small situations. There are 8 semesters and the exams consist of 40; they are moderate-level to hard-level. The curriculum is good for the students.

Progressive Education Society Modern College of Engineering.
Placements: The reason for choosing this college is its placements, but B.Tech placements are more than MCA. The highest package is 18 LPA, and the average package is 5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, TCS, Aloha, Jio, IBM, and more than 20 others come for hiring. We got internships in our final year from startup IT companies at a low stipend.
Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like scholarships, free internet, and an e-library. Wi-Fi is accessible from a few areas of the college. We have a big library with all the books, but we have to renew them every 2 weeks. The hostel has facilities like RO water, hot water, and cupboards. The mess food is good, but our canteen's condition is the worst; it needs fixing.
Faculty: The faculty is highly qualified; some are Ph.D. qualified. We have to submit a big project by the end of the semester, for which the faculty guides us. Our course curriculum has not changed for several years; there is a need to include some of the latest technologies. Semester exams are difficult; we need to score 40% in all exams.

    My Sweet MCA Journey .
Placements: The placement scenario is very different. More students were placed in off-campus placement around 50% of students in companies like Capgemini, Cognizant, Infosys, and TCS with packages of 3.5 to 4 LPA. In on-campus Reliance, Aloha Teach and Hexaware hired 18 students. The college provides internships with a stipend but a maximum salary of 10,000 monthly for six months.
Infrastructure: College fees is 72,000/year, with the given facilities being satisfying. The college building is simple not very big. Its entrance portion is attractive and inspired by Western art. In computer labs, there are many computers we have lab test 2 in every semester conducted here. Internet is found in all over college. I did not stay in the hostel. I stayed at a relative house. Hostel students do not like the hostel. Many of my friends want to leave the hostel because of its food and high fees.
Faculty: Our department has many faculty members computer lab in charge, HOD, Subject teachers and practical teachers all are Ph.D. holders. Their teaching is fast and not have much understanding, they need to work on it. Our course makes us good software developers and nowadays in industries, there is very much demand for software developers. For passing student needs 40% in every exam.
Other: The scholarship is given based on caste and category it is a very long process and takes a lot of time.
