PSG Itech Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Coimbatore

Placements: As companies from various locations keep on visiting our campus for hiring us throughout the year. Depends on our interests and our skills, we got placed in various companies. We have plenty of internship opportunities too. The highest salary package that students got placed in will be 17.5 Lacs per annum.

Placements: Almost 80% of students were placed in my course. The highest package offered in my course is 13 LPA, the lowest package is 4 LPA and the average package is 6-7 LPA. The top recruiting companies for my course are Sobha construction, L&T Construction and Cameron Manufacturing India pvt. Ltd. 95% students got internships at L&T, Tata, and KNRCL construction companies. The top roles offered in my course are structural engineer, geotechnical engineer and road and railway department.

Placements: Last year in the mechanical department, around 75% of the students were placed only in core companies. The remaining were some of the students who opted for higher studies or business, and some had backlogs. Since I am a mechanical engineer, the package we get is around 12–15 LPA maximum. The top core companies like Caterpillar, McDermott, Ashok Leyland, etc. visited the college for the placements.

Placements: There are a reasonable number of placements at this college, as far as I know. For mechanical engineering, 12 LPA was the highest package offered and the lowest was around 3.5 to 4 LPA. Major recruiting companies are Caterpillar, JSW, L&T, etc. Many of our seniors have also gone for internships.

Placements: Around 90% of seniors have been placed, but the issue is with the salary package, which is average or less. Qualcomm, Texas, and Google are top recruiting companies. Most students obtained internships, while others are awaiting the completion of their final year project.

Placements: Our college focuses on providing best placements and internship opportunities to its students. In computer science engineering, 40–45% of the students are getting successfully placed at this college. 4–8 LPA was the average package offered at our college. Many technical companies visits college for placements for the roles of software engineer, web developers, etc.

Placements: Around 95% of students of our college got placed. The highest salary package offered by companies was 13 LPA and the lowest salary package was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Amazon, Flipkart, Microsoft, TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc. Around 65% of students got internships. About 30% of students got internships at Infosys, 10% at Flipkart, and 25% at TCS. The top role offered was data scientist.

Placements: Around 100% of placements are there. The top recruiting companies are for both the IT sector and core companies. There are many internships offered by this college. There are many opportunities to take part in club activities.

Placements: About 70% of the students got placed in our course, and few of them opt for higher studies. The highest salary package offered was 12 LPA, the lowest salary package offered was 3.26 LPA, and the average salary package offered was 4 LPA. Placements: Companies like L&T, Wipro, HCL, TCS, etc., visit our college and hire students by conducting interviews. Companies conduct three rounds in interviews, i.e., the first round is the aptitude, while the second round is a group discussion, and the third round is HR. If students qualify in all the three rounds, they get placed. Students are provided with 3 to 6 months duration training in the companies, and then only their jobs become permanent.

Placements: 1. Nearly 85% of students got placed in various firms. 2. The highest salary offered was nearly 3 Lacs. The lowest offered was 27,000. 3. TCS, CTS are the companies that recruits many students from the course. 4. Team head roles were offered. 5. The highest package offered in the course was 35 Lacs per annum and the lowest package offered was 3 Lacs per annum (approximately). 6. Nearly around 30% of the students got internship in various firms.

Placements: Placements in our college are among the best in Coimbatore. The college provides good placements as well as coaching. The college focuses more on placements and makes sure that the students are industry ready. The efforts taken by the management in inviting companies are appreciable.

Placements: Placements are really good with almost all top companies for every domain visiting for drives. All the seniors got placed. The highest package offered was 38 LPA by Microsoft. Around 100 companies hire students. The placement cell provides information about the off-campus placements too. They guide students well with pre-placement coaching thus making students ready to face interviews.

Placements: A huge number of companies visit our college to offer placements compared to other colleges in Coimbatore. I've got placed in a reputed company, and I'm happy that I've studied here. Lots of companies visit our college for circuit branches, whose placements commence in July and continues till September. Placements: We attended placements along with the students of PSG Tech. Placements in our college were good. A lot of companies visit our college to hire students with very high salary packages. All the students of our batch got placed through college placements, except five students. The campus life is good. We get good exposure for sure. Only thing is that we should dedicate a lot of time in understanding the concepts, and then you will easily get placed.

Placements: The placements for our batch will start from July 2019. Our seniors got placed in various MNCs across the country. The highest package offered is 40 lacs per annum by Microsoft. The lowest package offered is around 2.5 lacs per annum, and the average package is around 6.5 lacs per annum. Students were offered the roles of a software engineer, analyst and R&D engineer. Placements: Regarding placements, both PSG Tech and PSGiTech have the same placement offers. All the companies that visit select the students of both the colleges. All the students of EEE, except two students who have arrears, got placed through college placements.
