I am currently doing an internship at a private company. The placement percentage is good.
Placements: The placement is very poor for optometry students. Our college has a placement cell but the training is not given on time. They schedule several events for placement but they do not add any value to our lives. The average package offered is INR 2 LPAs. The companies come to our campus but our college should arrange proper training with a flexible schedule.
Placements: I do not have any real-life experience with the placement procedure but we know that almost every bright student can get a job from here. Here, college will give us the opportunity and we have to achieve our success. There are several trainings and sessions to teach us the interview process.
Placements: I was passed out of the 2022 batch and the placement system was not very advanced. Placements: Our college follows strict rules for placement registration. If you do not follow them, the college will de-register you from the placements. Also, if you get placement before course completion, then they will give you some extra benefits under other academic rules. The top recruiting companies are Apollo, Narayana Hospital, etc.
