Satisfied by faculty and management support.

Placements: The placements are very good. But you should be skilled enough to get placed. College will provide all the required training. If you are good at communication and technical skills you will get good placement and the training provided by the college is very good.

Placements provided in our college this year are not good.

Placements: Placements provided in our college are average. Some students get placed and few of them search for off-campus placements. Around 65% to 75% of students get placements in local companies like Zepto and Swiggy. Around 3 to 5 students got placed in MNCs. Our college provided good placements in 2018 and 2019 but not this year and the previous year.

It is a good college for placements.

Placements: In terms of placements, this is one of the best colleges in the city. The placement training is provided from the first year itself, in coding, skill development, mini-project etc. If you don't have any arrears, you can 95% chances to get placed. In my batch of 180, 125 students attended placements, and nearly 100 of them got placed. The highest package depends on your skills, and it is 20 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. Top recruiters are TCS, CTS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, Zoho, Robert Bosch...

It is a comparatively good engineering college with average placements.

Placements: Placement is the ultimate goal of colleges nowadays. RMD engineering college provides good placements, as the college is located near Chennai. Lots of tier 1 and tier 2 companies used to visit the campus for placements. Most of the students got placed in the software industry from my batch.

Absolutely satisfied with the 4 years of engineering !

Placements: They have very good companies coming for placements ! Top notch companies like Google, Amazon, Flipkart, Zoho are also coming. Apart from these, day 1 companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, HCL also visit the campus. Almost all were placed with very good package. Since the college had very good reputation, more new companies are coming for placements each year.

Overall, the college is good with wonderful food. But the placements are not that good.

Placements: The placement percentage of our batch was 50%-60%. The placement rate of our batch was declined when compared with the placement rate of our previous batch, i.e., 70%-80%. The highest salary package offered was 12-13 LPA, and the lowest was 2 LPA. Most of the students got placed in companies like CTS, Wipro and Infosys. Some got placed in companies like IBM, Inautix, Tech Mahindra, CGI, L&T Infotech. Some CSE students and a few ECE students were placed in their core companies like Wipro Telecom,...

The college has the good placement and nasty system.

Placements: My senior batch had good placement, but it was less than that of their seniors because the companies requirements were increased. Nearly, 60-70% of the current batch got placed. The highest salary offered was ten lakhs per annum, the average was 3.25 lacs per annum, and the least was 1 lakh per annum. The companies like Amazon, Zoho, TCS, CTS, Wipro and Wipro Telecom, Infosys, Soliton, IBM, Cisco, Flipkart, Honeywell, Virtusa, Polaris, and much more visited our campus. Satisfied because of good curriculum and got placed in top MNCs.

Placements: The placement is one of the highlight points of our college. 80% percent of the people gets placed every year. Service based and product based companies visit more whereas core companies will be less when compared to service-based. Training programs for placements will be provided, and it will be more useful.

My opinion on experience of my college.

Placements: There are placements for our batch and our seniors. But 70% of the marks should be minimum for the placement. The packages start from 3.5 lakhs per annum. Wipro, Amazon, Infosys and other companies came, and the students got the internship from college. I would say better to choose other colleges instead of choosing this college because for management quota they used to take more money.

If you want to join a good and strict college in Tamil Nadu, you can choose this college.

Placements: The placements were good for my senior batches. Nearly 85% of the students got placed in 2014-2015 batch. The highest salary offered was about 7 LPA. The lowest was 2.5 LPA in that year. This record is high when compared to other engineering colleges in the state.

My college is heaven as well as hell

Placements: The placements in this college are pretty good in terms of software companies. MNCs like Infosys, CTS, TCS, Accenture, Wipro, etc. are recruiting a bulk of candidates every year. Before the MNCs' arrival, some number of highly-paying companies come. For these highly-paying companies, you should have some good marks in the course. MNCs and the companies that come after MNCs require 6.0 GPA in the university exams.
