Join EC, EEE or MECH only if you are interested or else, take up CS or IS in RNSIT.

Placements: There are just 2 core companies that came which were, Robert Bosch and Sankalp Semiconductors which offered pay packages of 6 LPA and 3.5 LPA. The rest were all IT-sector companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Juspay and so on, Offering from a scale of 2 to 4 LPA.

Not totally satisfied but overall, I would say I am quite happy to be here.

Placements: Many companies visited for placements, nearly 100 approximately. Microsoft and Tech Mahindra have been one of the major companies visiting our college for the past few years. CSE as a branch has been really good.

I felt dissatisfaction with the college regarding of my branch.

Placements: The placements are average. Only one or two high package companies will come for recruitment, and they will select just one or two students. Only the companies with packages of Rs. 3 Lacs to Rs. 4 Lacs will come to the college. The companies such as Accenture, Wipro and Infosys will conduct the mass recruitment. They will take around 150 students for each company.

Everything is fine and good. You are lucky if you get this college, make it as best as you can.

Placements: The placements are very good also the faculty members. It has around 50 companies visiting the college and has established a good understanding with top mass recruiter companies like Infosys, Wipro and Accenture. Most students get placed, usually in IT companies and also some MNCs like Microsoft make a visit to the college. The average payout is around 4 LPA and highest depends. Placements are getting better and better each year.

Placements should improve, percentage of placements is high, but average pay is way too less.

Placements: Placements are good but not the best. 3 mass recruiters and many startups come to the college. If you have minimum 55% and enough technical knowledge, aptitude skills and communication skills, you will be placed for sure. 90% of placed students get 3-3.5 LPA. Maximum pay is 6.5 LPA. But almost all companies offered software engineer role, while some gave other roles. Around 10% of students get internship through college. Highest stipend offered is 27k by AT&T. Average stipend is around 10k. Per...

Very good college. Decent infrastructure, comparatively better placements & good engineering crowd.

Placements: Placements are pretty good. Every year, around 95% of the students are placed. If your aggregate is above 65-70% you will surely get placed. Big companies like Robert Bosch, Sankalp Semiconductors, Aryaka Networks, Aurigo, HP, Yodlee, Triveni, Zscaler visit the campus. Other IT companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro, TCS, Tech Mahindra, CGI, LPA etc also visit the campus. Average package is around 3LPA. Maximum package of about 12 LPA. The college won't give you the permission for internship...

One among the top colleges, but dis-satisfactory!

Placements: The placements are okay. To be honest, not great not bad! More than 80% of the students got placed. The highest package is around 9 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 2 LPA, the average package offered is 3.25 LPA. Infosys, TCS, Mindtree, Bosche, Accenture, Tech Mahindra etc., are the companies that visit our campus. The roles offered as a developer, trainee. Around 90% of them got internships with the average stipend of Rs. 10,000.

Good college for placement.

Placements: No doubt, the placements are good. At this point of time, the college is in the 4th Position in Bengaluru. Most of the reputed companies like Infosys, Accenture, Adobe, Wipro etc. visit for recruitment. 2 to 3 companies offer packages above 10 lakhs and all other companies offer packages of approximately 4 lakhs. Microsoft doesn't recruit students from this college. The college will start special placement training called FACE and Seventh Sense after 2017 and the number of placements will increa...

I have given the best information and hope this could benefit new engineers who wish to join RNSIT.

Placements: The placements are really good at RNSIT. My batch alone had the following companies visiting us - Infosys Accenture, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Endurance, Zscalar, Aurigo, Robert, Bosch etc. Almost everyone is placed now, except for a handful of 10 or 20 students out of the entire batch strength of 180+. The placement officers are of great help and are interactive with the students. There is no need to worry about the placements because once you get in here, you will definitely end up your engineeri...

Overall satisfactory, good placement in 2015, good infrastructure and facilities, okay management.

Placements: Placement was good. Almost all the eligible candidates got placed somewhere or the other, those who didn't meet the eligibility had a tough time. Around 90% of students were placed. Highest salary was from ThoughWorks around 6.5 lpa, average was 3.2 lpa, lowest was 1.8 lpa. Companies like Infosys, Aricent, Wipro, Mindtree, IBM to name few visited our campus. Placement is good in ECE, CSE and ISE. Other than these branches, do not prefer any other branch.

Placements: Good placement records in CSE, ECE and ISE at about 70% -90%. The most number of students having no backlogs are getting placed in these above-mentioned branches. In the other branches, it is not good, and we can take the example of mechanical engineering where the placement is about 30%-40%, which is not good. The average package offered in CSE, ECE and ISE is near about 3.5-4 lakhs in IT-based companies while 6-7 lakhs is offered in the core companies.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of placements but really good faculty.

Placements: Placement is average in our college but there will be plenty of mass recruiters, hence, there is no worry of getting an average placement. However, if someone is looking for a higher package or so, then this college is not for you. All over 95% of eligible students are placed in good companies. The highest salary till now is 6.2 LPA offered by Aryaka Networks and the average is 3.5 LPA. Internships have been offered by various companies, the major ones being AT&T which offered 27000 per month....

RNSIT is a decent college and one can go for it, especially the CSE and ECE departments.

Placements: The placement is good and it starts in the 6th semester. Training is also provided to the students before the placements begin so as to get an idea of how the placements are conducted, which benefits a lot. Around 90% students got placed. The highest package was 15-17 LPA offered by Flipkart. The average package was around 3.5 LPA offered by mass recruiters like Accenture, Infosys and Wipro.

It is a good college under VTU. Happy to be a part of RNSIT..

Placements: The placements were decent. The percentage of students getting placed is about 50-60% of the batch. The highest salary offered was 5.6 LPA and the lowest was about 2.2 LPA. Tech Mahindra, ACT, KPMG, Thomson Reuters, RapidValue, Mahindra, Mayyas, some other marketing companies roles were mostly entry level and that's okay as it is a tier 3 college. Less than 10% of the students got internships from the college, but they were not paid internships

Placements: The placement was good and almost everyone who met the criteria of minimum 60% were all placed. Most of us had an offer from Infosys or Wipro, so basically somewhere between 95-100% students were placed. The highest package was offered by ThoughtWorks at 6.5 LPA. Placements: The placements are good but I guess only a few product based companies visit. 85-90% got placed in our batch. Highest pay - Rs. 10 LPA. Lowest pay - Rs. 2.48 LPA. Average pay - Rs. 4 LPA. Only 5-10% of students get internship opportunities. Highest stipend - Rs. 35,000 PM. Lowest stipend - Rs. 15,000 PM.

Very few students got internships. 20k per month was the stipend.

RNSIT confronts you as an average engineering college at first, but it is very well managed. The shrewd exterior conceals quite well equipped facilities. It may not possess the fancy architecture like many other colleges have, but it makes up for it in what goes on inside. The faculty members are splendid and welcoming to impart knowledge. The campus infrastructure is great. Tuition fees is modest as compared to other colleges. The locality in which it is located is easily accessible and bustles...
