It is an average college. It can be considered as a 2nd tier college.

Placements: The placements are average. The average package is 2-4 Lacs per annum. Fairly good companies come for placements. The placement cell is pretty helpful and gives you all the information that is needed. Everyone should have the average of 6.5 GPA to be eligible for placements.

The college has the good placements and supportive faculty.

Placements: The placements are good for those who have 60% from 10th, 12th, BCA, and MCA. Otherwise, the opportunities are less. For MCA, only Accenture and Cerner visit the campus for the students below 60% aggregate compared to the other colleges. I feel it is a good college, 25% of the students will get placed in this company, and the salary is 6 LPA by Cerner and 3 LPA by Accenture.

Good placements, good notes, and good food.

Placements: For the batch of 2016, almost every student in the CS department got placed. 97% of the students got placed. EC department also had fairly good placements. The highest package for CSE being 10(+)LPA and the highest in ISE being 20 lLPA. The average salary of most of the companies was 6-8 LPA. Most of the students got placed for 6.5(+) LPA (speaking with respect to CSE). The lowest salary offered was 3.5 LPA. As far as CSE is concerned, Samsung, HP, etc. visit the campus.

Review for RNSIT, Bengaluru. Good college for IT branches.

Placements: Placement is good for IT branches like computer science, information science and electronics & communication engineering. Branches like mechanical have less scope of placement but still, they get placed in IT companies. Civil branch is new and ours is the 1st batch that will pass out this year.

Not totally satisfied but overall, I would say I am quite happy to be here.

Placements: Many companies visited for placements, nearly 100 approximately. Microsoft and Tech Mahindra have been one of the major companies visiting our college for the past few years. CSE as a branch has been really good.

I felt dissatisfaction with the college regarding of my branch.

Placements: The placements are average. Only one or two high package companies will come for recruitment, and they will select just one or two students. Only the companies with packages of Rs. 3 Lacs to Rs. 4 Lacs will come to the college. The companies such as Accenture, Wipro and Infosys will conduct the mass recruitment. They will take around 150 students for each company.

One among the top colleges, but dis-satisfactory!

Placements: The placements are okay. To be honest, not great not bad! More than 80% of the students got placed. The highest package is around 9 LPA, and the lowest package offered is 2 LPA, the average package offered is 3.25 LPA. Infosys, TCS, Mindtree, Bosche, Accenture, Tech Mahindra etc., are the companies that visit our campus. The roles offered as a developer, trainee. Around 90% of them got internships with the average stipend of Rs. 10,000.

Good college for placement.

Placements: No doubt, the placements are good. At this point of time, the college is in the 4th Position in Bengaluru. Most of the reputed companies like Infosys, Accenture, Adobe, Wipro etc. visit for recruitment. 2 to 3 companies offer packages above 10 lakhs and all other companies offer packages of approximately 4 lakhs. Microsoft doesn't recruit students from this college. The college will start special placement training called FACE and Seventh Sense after 2017 and the number of placements will increa...

Overall satisfactory, good placement in 2015, good infrastructure and facilities, okay management.

Placements: Placement was good. Almost all the eligible candidates got placed somewhere or the other, those who didn't meet the eligibility had a tough time. Around 90% of students were placed. Highest salary was from ThoughWorks around 6.5 lpa, average was 3.2 lpa, lowest was 1.8 lpa. Companies like Infosys, Aricent, Wipro, Mindtree, IBM to name few visited our campus. Since most of the company to visit were IT companies so roles like software engineer, system engineer, project engineer were offered. Only ...

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, good placements in 2015, really good infrastructure

Placements: The placement was good and almost everyone who met the criteria of minimum 60% were all placed. Most of us had an offer from Infosys or Wipro, so basically somewhere between 95-100% students were placed. The highest package was offered by ThoughtWorks at 6.5 LPA. Companies like Infosys, Aricent, Wipro, Mindtree and IBM, to list a few, visited our campus. Most of the students were offered a job in software fields, but a few students who did not meet the minimum criteria had to go for non-technica...

The College is ok type. Faculties are not very supportive. They don’t help you out of the way. It’s very sad because have seen faculties helping the students coming out of the way. The placement is good and the college crowd is also good. The infrastructure need to be more developed.

It’s an average college with poor faculties. Infrastructure of the college is up to the mark that is the reason students will have some advantage with this collage. Which you will understand once you join the location of the collage is very far from center of the city.

It is an average college. No great expectations from this college. Had to look for a 6+ lakh job outside campus. Hardly any paymasters recruit from this college. The faculty was good and knowledgeable. The classes were not really interactive. The placement officer hadn't even heard of companies like Texas Instruments and all. My suggestion: Get someone from a corporate company as the placement officer.

My college is best compared to other colleges, it has good infrastructure and it has large area but it is not an engineering college as it also offers nursery, SSLC, PUC, MBA, MCA. Teachers are not good except for some. Department like ECE just like primary school.

The best institute of 2024!

Placements: The percentage of students placed at RNSIT is average, around 40%. The highest package is 5.6 LPA, while the lowest is about 2 LPA. Top recruiting companies are not present, and the internships provided are fewer than the placements.

Get in as a student and get out as a successful engineer.

Placements: Eligible students got placed in MNC at RNSIT. Accenture, Infosys companies, were the mainstream recruiters at RNSIT and placements drive happen in your mid or maybe by the end of your seventh semester. They also train you for a month and get you ready by the time you're prepared to attend interviews.
