College is very good for studying. Environment is very good especially for studying. But need to improve on infrastructure and more experienced faculties could be brought to improve the performance. Placement cell needs to improve. The college is very good in studies and students are generally studious but effort should be taken to encourage extra-curricular activities.

One of the top 5 colleges under VTU so placement is not an issue. Studies well and good. No big fests. Infrastructure is average. You would be allowed to do no extra circular activities but study. Management is not supportive. Hostel is very average. Food is not at all good. If you are in search of a decent college this place is for you.

Facilities and faculty members are really good. Maths department is very good. In particular, ECE department is well structured and very well managed. Resources are available for students in various aspects like IEEE library access, International Conferences, etc. Placement is a top feature of this college. Placement policy is devised in such a way that every student gets opportunity to try for the company of their choice.

RNS Institute of Technology is an excellent college, primarily for E&C and for CSE/ISE. The college notes are very comprehensive and popular and are used by various other college students. The sports team is also very nice and encourages students to participate in various tournaments like chess, football, cricket, and table-tennis.

I am a student giving the review, I'll be honest with this. For computer science the college is under top 5 under VTU. Placement, which every student looks for, trust me it's good. It gives an average of 95% out of eligible. Infrastructure is ok. All the buildings look alike, that we students here don't find good. Hostel is good, just the food is pathetic. Don't compare it with the top colleges in India. It's good for CSE and ECE branches.

Good: 1. Excellent labs and library facilities. 2. Good placements- multiple offers (up to 2-4LPA) 3. Canteen food is good. 4. Internship and jobs guaranteed. 6. Cultural activities are encouraged. 7. Easily approachable principal and HOD. 8. Mini projects helps in placements. Bad: 1. Parking 2. Strictness in each and every aspect. 3. Can't easily bunk classes.

We have joined this college in 2007 especially by seeing the faculty and placements. Earlier the director was Dr. M Holla. Our placement was also good and has nice hostel for both boys and girls. I stayed in hostel for whole duration of the course and food is good. Now the infrastructure is even more improved.

2023 placement in RNSIT was good.

Placements: Since our batch is blooming now, we don't have students passing out this year. The first batch will be passing out in the year 2026. Teachers are experienced. They are helpful. Encourage students to participate in extracurricular activities. Projects are in line.

Absolutely dissatisfied with placements, but it has good faculty, infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Around 50% students are placed from our course. 2.5 LPA is the lowest package offered and 6 LPA is a maximum package offered in our college. Top companies are recruiters in our college with over 80% students getting internships with top companies like Bosch, Toyota, etc.

RNSIT is an all rounder college and a college life worth experiencing.

Placements: The placements in the college were amazing and in my batch, approximately 70+ percent of students have been placed. The placement department cell was very active. They had also arranged special courses to prepare us for the interviews, which later proved to be valuable. The top recruiting companies in my batch was Bosch, Accenture, Infosys, etc. On average, the packages that we received were between 6 and 8 LPA.

Placements: Almost 20% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 26.67 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Texas, Maersk, Checkpoint, HP, and LSEG. Our batch is affected by layoffs and recession so few companies visit our college for recruitment.

Placements: In the fourth year, students become eligible to get placed in reputed organisations like Texas Instruments, Accenture, Infosys, Cisco, Deloitte, Amazon, Landmark Group, Robert Bosch, Rayaka, Broadsoft, Capgemini, Cognizant, HCL, etc. A good number of companies visit the college for each department, and students will not feel a lack of opportunity to get placed with respect to the chosen course or field. The infrastructure is not upto the mark and can be improved.

Placements: My college's placement statistics are very good as students from 7th semester are eligible for placements, and especially in my branch (ISE), there is a lot of faculty who help in placements. As a result, students get placed easily and in good companies. The companies that visited my college are Amazon, WIPRO, INFOSYS, COGNIZANT, TCS, etc. 90-95% of ISE, almost 95% of CSE, 80-85% of ECE students are placed and the placements of other branches like EEE, MECHANICAL, and Civil are not good, I can s...
