It is a good college with decent people.

Placements: Several companies have visited the campus for biotechnology like Accenture, Byjus, ZS, L&T information, Infosys, Cognizant. But very few core companies like Wrig Nanosystems, Quintiles Ims have visited the campus. Also, the college has a policy that only companies above 3 LPA are allowed so that way it is good. The placements are good in the college, and the highest was that of Adobe (for computer science and IT) which was about Rs. 48 LPA and the lowest was of Infosys which was about Rs. 3.15 ...

I am absolutely satisfied with the college curriculum.

Placements: The placements are the best for MCA here with high packages. They provide quality training before any of the placements. Big companies would visit often. Almost all the students get the placements and remaining ones opt for the internship. Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Xchanging, Google, Mindtree, Accenture, etc., visit every year.

A very good college, but if we get some time for self-study it will be good.

Placements: There is a good placement cell with a good placement coordinator. Some students end up getting 25 LPA, and 85% of the students get placement every year. The average salary is about 4-5 LPA, but CGPA will be good always. If you had 6 CGPA and cleared all subjects, you are eligible for the placements.

A college with good placements and I will be thankful to RVCE.

Placements: The placement is good in RVCE where few students are getting 27-30 lakhs package every year, but you should clear all the subjects before entering the fourth year. Few companies coming to RVCE requires high CGPA. So, better CPGA is always a good thing to follow. If you clear all the subjects, then you can recruit in mass companies.

Satisfied with the opportunity of overall development the college provides

Placements: For mechanical engineering students, the placement packages lie in the range of 4-7 lakhs per annum. Although it varies from company to company and students to students, generally the students with project management skills, communication skills, and other software skills bag higher packages than other students who just stick to basics of academics.

Overall, the college has a good environment with all the facilities.

Placements: I'm still pursuing my engineering so as far I know placement is cent percent. Most of the leading companies come for recruiting the fresh graduates. The committee gives training for placement. It is the best college in south India. If you are seeking for good college, then it's best for you.

It is one of the best colleges in Bengaluru. It has the best canteen.

Placements: Almost all the seniors have got placed except the members who were interested in higher studies. There are almost 100-150 companies coming to the college every year. Many companies provide internships to make the students prosper in their favourite fields.

My college experience during my engineering degree

Placements: Placements are for sure but most of the students prefer to do higher studies like M.Tech. Placement training sessions for students are conducted every year and students are trained for market-based industry standards. Faculty members are encouraging a lot for the betterment of our life.

If you are ready to face a few problems and can tackle those, then you will clear the college easily

Placements: Placement has been one of the best things to happen in RVCE. More than 300 students have been placed by the end of August. The highest offered was 25 lakhs by Intuit and the lowest was offered by Bosch at 4 lakhs. Companies like Microsoft, Myntra, Hero, ITC and many renowned companies have visited our campus in last 2 months. People have been offered internships along with ful- time offers.

RV College is the best in Bangalore for engineering

Placements: The mechanical placement is average. Computer science and Information science courses are at their best. Electronics guys also received good packages. If one got placed in any of the company with package above 8 lacs, then he cannot sit for any other company. There were placement training programmes during the 3rd year and in the beginning of the 4th year.

Top college in Bengaluru. Good infrastructure. Industrial exposure is less.

Placements: The placements in core companies are usually less as compared to CS and IT related companies. The overall placement in core companies was only 40 percent during our time. It was also due to the fact that our placement committee didn't give preference to companies whose packages were less. The regular date slots to visit the college for placements were given to IT related companies since their packages were high. In short, branches like mechanical and civil are highly deprived of relevant compani...

It is the #1 private engineering college in Bangalore.

Placements: I don't know much about my senior batch, but for our batch, the placements started with a boom, especially for CS and IS branches. Companies are visiting every day or the other. The percentage is almost 100% as our college as a set of rules for placements so that every student gets the opportunity. This year, placements started in mid-July, and around 50-60 students from computer science only got a package of 8 lacs+ (which we call an open dream offer). The highest was 23 lacs offered by the tec...

Absolutely happy about being in RVCE.

Placements: The placement season begins in the month of July and goes on till the next March. The highest salary was 13.5 lakhs per annum. The average salary is 3.5 LPA. Cognizant, Bosch, Mahindra, Deolite, Infosys, Cisco, Musigma, Airtel and many others visited our campus. Internships are generally offered for CSE and Ise students. The highest stipend was 45k per month.

Excellent college with good placements.

Placements: Placements were almost 100 percent for the eligible students with companies like Deloitte, Airtel, Capegemini, EY, Infosys JP Morgan, Mu Sigma, Reliance industries, etc.. The average package was around 5 lpa. Roles offered were mostly that of software engineer. Internship was not compulsory as a part of the curriculum.

I am completely satisfied because it has good placements, infrastructure, etc.

Placements: RVCE has placements far better than any college in Karnataka. Top most companies are invited for recruitments. More than 90% of students get placed every year. The average package is more than 3 lakhs. Students get exposure to various companies. The important thing in placements is that you get an opportunity to get placed in core companies which most of the students in other colleges won't get. Many personality development programmes are conducted to help the students. ...

Satisfied with the faculty. Very good placements.

Placements: It is the best college to get placed in your dream company, The college brings 140 to 150 companies for recruitment. One should have the luck to get into the college having the highest placements in the state. The college will provide 100% confirm placements to the students if they really work hard.

A good place to earn life-time memories and a good job.

Placements: Placements wise, RVCE is one of the best colleges in Bangalore, in fact, in Karnataka. Last year, around 115 people out of 140 in my department got placed. For mechanical branch, the salaries are in a range of 4-9 lpa. You can have a good chance of getting into your dream jobs in Bosch, Toyota, BEML, GE, etc. It also offers internships through the college.

A college for excellent placements.

Placements: It is one of the best colleges for placements in Bangalore. It offers 100 placements for CS and ISE while ECE is at 97%. Cisco, Citrix, Catamaran, Nutanix and many other companies visit our college. The placement Dean is an excellent man who can call great companies every single year. Fortunately, we didn't face the recession in jobs that many other colleges in Bangalore are complaining about.

RV College of Engineering is a heaven.

Placements: In our college, there are good placements for all the students irrespective of their branch. But the students of computer science always stand out as a highlight because of the packages offered to us. Now, in the college, first of all, computer science has the highest placements followed by mechanical and EC and so on. Last year a record highest placements were seen at 88% placements. The placements in our college are improving every year.

Every student who joined in RV College got good placements so people prefer RVCE.

Placements: I guess no other college is having good placements as R.V. College of Engineering. Year by, year it increases but never getting less and even most of the new companies are preferring the students from RVCE and basically CS students. So for you, there is a large number of options for selecting the company and the companies like CISCO are highly paying companies. We will be getting more companies in our college.
