Dissatisfied with hostel rooms and faculty, but good in all other things like infrastructure, etc.

Placements: We get a lot of placements through on campus and off campus. The highest salary is Rs.30,000, and the lowest is Rs.12,000. The placement cell is very useful one, and I am the placement co-coordinator for our ECE department. There is an opportunity for the internship in this college in which they offered 30% of the students (department vice).

A private college with a normal hostel. It has 15% placements and a good faculty and infrastructure.

Placements: There is a maximum of 15% placement in our college. The highest salary offered I think was around Rs. 5 Lakhs and the lowest salary may be of Rs. 1,20,000 LPA. The roles offered to the students depends on the stream, but mainly it is of supervision. But, 0% of the students got an internship from the college. There was a placement cell, and in my opinion, for some extent, it will be 60% efficient or useful for us.

Dissatisfied because of faculty and the location of the college.

Placements: The placements for our batch and our senior batch are very poor. Only, 1% students were placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 12,000 per month. They arranged placements for BPO and KPO. They arrange fake placements. 0% students got the internship and no stipend offered during the internship. There is a placement cell, but it's not useful.

The college is the worst as they only focus on discipline and not serious about the student career.

Placements: Only 5 % placement was done in 2014. The same amount of the placements were done for our seniors. Five of my friends got selected in TCS with a package of 3 LPA from the off-campus. A few got placed in Bebbco Trucking, where the salary was only Rs. 8,000 per month. The one company visited the campus, but it was fake. The internship was not provided by the college as we had to do it by ourselves. There is a placement cell in our college, which is used only for the registration process, and there ...

Review of RVS College of Engineering and Technology

Placements: Last year, the placements were average. As the college is new, the packages offered on our college campus Are average, starting from Rs. 12000 to Rs. 22000. Approximately 50-60% students were placed last year. This year, placements are going on and the students are selected from different branches.

I am satisfied with the college because now I am in final year.

Placements: The placement of our batch is going on, and placement for our senior batch was quite well. We can say there is an average placement in the college. There are a lot of placement opportunities for computer science engineering students and electronic and communication engineering students.

Present scenario about RVSCET, Jamshedpur.

Placements: The placement offered in this college is not good, about 15%-25% of the students get placed. Last year from the mechanical branch the highest package offered was Rs. 4 lakhs per annum. As per the placement concerned this college is not performing well. From many other branches, hardly few students get placed on the college campus.

RVSCET - Jamshedpur college review.

Placements: The placements are not that good at my time. Only 2-3 companies visited the campus. Now placement team is doing good, and more companies are coming. Recently, I had gone to my college website and got to know that, now placements are happening far better when compared to the year 2014.

Really good infrastructure and facilities. Good placement in 2016.

Placements: About 40% of the students get jobs from the internship, hence the college provides good placement for sure. In the year 2015 and 2016, they provided good placement. Many companies like Tata, Infotech, etc. visit our campus. The highest pay is around 50k and the lowest is around 20k.

Best private engineering college.

Placements: They are placed in some of the most popular companies like Wipro, HCL, Amazon and many more. There is also an advantage for internships in different companies like Sail, Cisco, TCS, NTPC and many more. Placements depend not on the college but on the ability of students too.

Good infrastructure and education but not placements.

Placements: Placement department is trying its best for placements. Although the most of their effort becomes useless as we don't have a brand name like bigger IITs and NITs. About 15-30 % students get placed. The companies that visit campus are Shriram Transport Limited, BEBCO etc.

It's one of the natural environmental college access Tamil nadu. It has more no. of departments. Hostel is good for one. If you want to enjoy your college life then you must join to RVs. But job is not guaranteed. In the college, all staffs are very friendly. Some departments doesn't has lab facility. Sports facility is good.
