Satisfied because of the faculty, the environment and the fest. Placement are disappointing.

Placements: Placements are not upto the mark. The placement cell will try to get you a job but just a job, not necessarily of your domain or interest. Specially for ECE they only get BPO or it opportunities. The average salary is very low. I got 3 offer letters at the end of my course but None worth joining. But the good part is that most of us got an offer letter in their hands.

An average college for average students who can't get admission in government colleges.

Placements: The placements in our college are average. Companies like TCS and Infosys do not visit the college for recruitment. Students have to get placed in such companies on their own. Nearly, 80% of the students get placed through off-campus or on-campus drives. The average package offered was 1.6 LPA, and the maximum package offered was 5 LPA. The college does not play any role in providing internships.

RKGIT is an average college and provides less placements but has many rules.

Placements: Placements for mechanical students in RKGIT are very poor, but other branches like CS, IT and electronics have good placements. 10% to 20% of the mechanical students get placed every year, and other branches achieve 60% to 80% placements.

An insight into RKGIT. Life inside the campus and exploration of oneself and college life.

Placements: The placement is quite decent especially for the branches like CSE, ECE & IT. The core branches like ME have great faculty. The placement cell does an awesome job being very active. Even if an average student gets placed. The placement percentage is about 80%. .

The infrastructure was good. The college was disciplined and punctual in studies.

Placements: Almost 80% of the students got placed through college placements. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA. Mostly software developer roles were offered to the placed students. Companies like Accenture, Capgemini, etc., visited our college to hire students. No one got an internship from the college.

If you want to get admission in rkgit tgen make sure you will have to do everything own.

Placements: Placement in college for mechanical and civil department student are very rare but placement in branch like computer Science and information technology is average. The highest package is around 5-6 Lacs. And company like wipro, tcs, system, motherson company like amazon come last year here for home delivery boys job. The placement cell is very poor if you are student of IT, CS EC then you can accept some chances of placement and for civil, ME, EE you have to find job by own.

A decent college with good culture.

Placements: The college provides good assistance in placements. The average salary package offered to the students in the course was around 2.50 lacs per annum. Various good companies such as TCS also recruit students from here. There has been a huge increase in start-ups recruiters from the past couple of years.

The infrastructure is good with all the necessary facilities.

Placements: In the year 2017-18, the placement percentage was about 70-80%. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA, and the average was about 2 LPA. Last year, companies like Infotech, Infogain, etc., visited the campus for placements. Only a few students got their dream jobs in their respective field, and the rest didn't get. The placement cell (CRC) is efficient in providing jobs to students.

The college is good, but you have to do a lot of things on your own to move forward.

Placements: The placements in the college are good, but now, it is decreasing because of the faculty. The students are not trying to do something on their own. The college is trying to invite more companies for placements and also trying to spread awareness among students too.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the faculty, placements and quality of education.

Placements: Hardly any company visits the college to conduct placements. Even the students of our senior batch were not placed. The college does fake promises regarding placements. Even they charge students for placement activities, but they hardly provide any assistance. Apart from this, we don't even have contacts with the alumni.

RKGIT is a good college for other branches except civil and mechanical engineering branches.

Placements: The placements for civil engineering students are very poor. It has just been 5 years for the inclusion of civil engineering in this college. We have a lack of proper faculty in civil engineering. There are no proper labs in the college. Even though, some students get placed.

Not completely dissatisfied, but the college needs to improve in some areas.

Placements: The placements are average, and only a few core companies visit the college for recruitment. The highest package offered is around Rs. 20,000 per month and the average salary offered is around Rs. 12,000 per month. There are no good companies visiting the college for placements, and if they visit, they recruit none of the students.

Absolutely satisfied, below average placements, good Infrastructure and average facilities.

Placements: Placements were negligible, companies which were coming they only select students for training purpose, overall 10 % were placed for salary package range of 1.2 lac and 20% percent for Internship, during Internship there is no stipend, placement cell is there but there is no use of it.
