There is a training and placement cell, which conducts activities like mock interviews of final year students, career guidance, personnel counselling and sessions on higher education opportunities.

Placements: Covid-19 pandemic affected the number of students get placed from here. On average, the placement rate of the mechanical department is 50%. The salary package offered here ranges from 3.5 LPA to 8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 4 LPA. The top recruiter company here is TCS. Due to the pandemic, the number of internships offered was also highly affected. Still, around 10%-20% of students got internships in the academic year 2020-2021.

Placements: Less than 5% of the students got placed from the MCA department of JSPM's Rajarshi Shahu College of Engineering, Tathawade, Pune. Our college has ranked with an A+ grade, but faculty members, teaching and placements are very poor. From our entire batch, none of the students got placements and also internships from our college.
