Review of Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College Of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: I have seen placements in my college from 2015 onwards, and the companies which visit my college are not much well reputed. They mostly belong to the marketing field. Only 3 in 10 are software companies. The packages offered by these companies is very low with the minimum package being Rs. 80,000 and the maximum package being 8 LPA this year. There is no guarantee that these companies will offer that much amount of money to students.

Average faculty and not very good placements and the infrastructure is average.

Placements: For mechanical the placements was very poor and I think all the core branches suffered the same. But recently heard from juniors that it is some what better now. Our senior batch also faxed the same problem of less placements. Internship depends on the individual some one does it and some people don't consider the internship as necessary. There is a placement cell in the campus.

Dissappointed with the placements.

Placements: Poor situation taking place in terms of reputed companies, because the companies in the placements are not suitable for student standards to grow in tier particular field. So I suggest to go for GATE or CAT or some other courses in particular field.

Comparing to other colleges RGM Is the best college in AP which is embedded with greenery

Placements: Comparing to last year's this year got best placements in RGM college the highest package of RGM is 14 LPA which has been achieved in this year 26 MNCS visited our college and 69 students were placed in MNCS comparing to all other branches civil and mechanical had least placements but they are the top branches in RGM there are no companies nearer to college so no Internships will held.

Dissatisfied due to very low placement rate.

Placements: Only small companies visited our college during our 4th year. Less than 20 people I. e; less than 2%. For the amount we have spend for our education Rgm was not up to mark. Most of the students of our batch are dissatisfied. Our juniors got even less placements but the fees which we paid was very high. Not worthy for the amount we spent for our education.

Rajeev Gandhi Memorial College of money collection and corruption.

Placements: The placements are very poor in our college. The truth is that management shows interest in bargaining money, not in students interests. Nearly 10 students got placed, but there is no guarantee of the job. Our college doesn't even know about internships.

Absolutely satisfied because of the faculty, placements in 2018.

Placements: The placements are very good, and we are getting a placement every day, and mostly all the students are getting placed in every company. We are getting companies from all around the country like Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Lucknow, Indore as well and the way they encourage us is too good.

It is a good place to enhance your knowledge with all other activities which every graduate has.

Placements: The placements were good. I have to agree that we the students were not prepared well for the placements, but there were good placements. The core companies were less, but we had our chances to prove. Mostly IT companies visited our campus. Comparatively, with other colleges in our Rayalaseema region, our college was much better than most of the others.

Dissatisfied because of placements in 2016.

Placements: In point of view, it is too the worst. They are taking Rs. 2500 per year in my B.Tech, but they didn't provide placements for me. They are providing some BPO companies for placements with a salary package of around Rs. 10,000 per month, for that position also they are asking for bond. Some of my friends placed in TCS and Tech Mahindra in off-campus drives with a salary package of 3 LPA.

Good infrastructure and faculty, but not satisfied in terms of placement.

Placements: The quality of education and facilities are good. The labs and practical sections are good. Must and should uniform and dress code for all. We have no placements, and the placements are very less during my college time. Now, this college is an autonomous college, and things might change.

Choose a better college, not a good college.

Placements: The college has very few placements, no encouragement to the talent of the students. The companies visiting Rajeev Gandhi Memorial college of engineering and technology are fraud companies, the companies take money from the students, and they will close that company. In my batch, most of the students faced this problem, and it is too bad actually for the students.

We are absolutely dissatisfied with some of the unqualified faculty in the college.

Placements: Although the placements in the college are very less for civil engineering stream, the other branch students are placed in many IT companies, and even mechanical branch students are placed in some of the companies. About 40-50 students in this college are placed from our previous batch, i.e. 2017 pass out, and for 2018 batch students up to 20-30 students are placed in the campus placements.

Placements: Not so good better not to expect placements in mechanical, other branches have better opportunities regarding their placements. Companies have much capacity to recruit more members leads disappointment for the students.placement office provide every information regarding placements.

For me, it is good with extracurricular activities, faculty and infrastructure

Placements: Placements are not that good in this college. But they will charge 5000/- per every year. They just bring only non-technical companies to the college. Don't keep hope on placements and don't join if you having high thoughts about your career.

RGMCET review about placements & faculty.

Placements: No placements for mechanical, civil or EEE as such here. The application of theory is also limited. Only a few small scale IT companies come for placements and ask for IT, CSE and ECE students with just 1-2 LPA packages. They don't train you for the coming future. I would say taking engineering is a bad option.

If you don't have any other option with you, then you can choose this college, otherwise don't.

Placements: Placements are nice in this college and it will be about more than 60%. The companies are not reputed so there will be a package of 10000 to 30000 per month. Companies which came to select the people are Varun Motors from Hyderabad and small, emerging companies which are not the most reputed to us. The placement cell will publish that they will get the most reputed companies.

Absolutely satisfied with some faculty, infrastructure and with some facilities.

Placements: In RGM college, placements are not there. But every year, they are collecting thousands of payments from every student for the purpose of placements. Mostly, jobs like customer service or salesman etc are offered in the company placements. The stipend offered was up to 2.6 lakh per annum.

No placements. No supportive faculty.

Placements: There have been no placements in any company since I joined this college. Our TPO is trying to get some companies but it is unable to do so. Alumini programs are not conducted in our college. CRT classes are held by our branch for only two weeks. I think two weeks of CRT classes are not sufficient. No MNCs visited our college. While we were in the 3rd year, we did an internship at BHEL and our college permitted us to do so. We also pay a placement fee(Rs. 5000) yearly. ...

"Please go ahead" for average students and for less finance investing people.

Placements: There are no placements for any batch. It was better when our super seniors got placed in good companies, before our college got autonomous. Our placement officers are concentrating only on consultancy companies. Up to now I can't understand what they are going to do? So I suggest you complete the master's degree in a better college (not RGMCET) for your future. According to our placements, I do not suggest this college for placements.

If you want to study blindly and not care about knowledge, join this college.

Placements: They didn't offer any good placements. They offer some BPO jobs only. They invite some fake companies like PC technologies and they collect a placement and training fee of 5000 per year. This is pathetic and a waste for the students. I give a rating of 1/5 for placements.
