Placements: I think 10% to 20% of our seniors got placements till now. In the previous batch, around 30% to 40% of our seniors got placements. Most of the companies are visiting our college to offer placements nowadays. Most of the students of our college got placed through college placements. Our college is taking extra effort in providing placements to students.
Placements: There are good placements in the college every year. Almost 300 students got placed last year, and I also got placed from the college. Almost 15-20 companies visit the campus every year and recruit students from college. Last year, Vedanta company offered 7.50 lacs per annum package to 10 students. The college conducts students meeting for placements so that they will be aware of how to face interviews.
Placements: Out of the batch of 84 last only 2 got offer letters from Vedanta Resources ltd. And the rest haven't got any placements. The packages were of ?9.3 lks per annum. Some the companies visited last year like CAT vedanta, joy etc. The major reason behind the poor recruitment is because of shear negligance of the management here and poor quality of students who do not raise their voices against it.
Placements: Talking about the placements, there are no core placements from the college, but you may get some opportunities from software companies but only a few. One of the core company Vedanta came for placements 2-3 times but hired very few students from mechanical engineering. But you will get information about other campus placements.
Placements: In our batch one of my batchmates get placed in Vedanta with 5 lakhpackage every year more than 15 companies visited the college. The highest package is 9.45 Lacs. Students are free get internship with help of college permission. Minimum of 2.5 Lacs package is available for students to start up there career.
Placements: I and my batch's placement were gone very well. About 40% of students were placed. The highest salary is about 9 Lacs. The companies like Vedanta Resources, Justdeal, Amazon, Ambuja Cement, Ultratech Cement, L&T company and many other companies visited the campus.
Placements: Rcert has excellent and fully functional training and placement center. The T and P center has adequate infrastructure comprising group discussion and interview room. A large number of companies visit the campus every year and recruit eligible students from the campus. Large number of students placed through recruitment activity is increasing every year.
Placements: Average of placement in this college is very good, every year many students get placed. 6-7 multi national company comes here, and so many local, state wide companies also come. Last year vedanta company placed 7 students by giving 7.5 Lacs package. You can definitely join this college. Your experience will be very good here.
Placements: The placements were quite tough for most of us. The majority of people failed at the aptitude tests, but only the best of us like 7 people got placed. Speaking about other branches placements, they were fairly good enough for them, and after all its all up to you, The highest package till now is 9.5 LPA by Vedanta Resources.
Placements: The placements provided by the IT companies were good. Companies like Capgemini, Epic Research, etc., recruited the students. For the core branches like mechanical, electrical, etc., 2-3 companies visited the college and recruited a good number of students.
Placements: The highest package of 8.5 LPA is provided to the students. There were 25 to 30 students placed out of 140 students. One student got placed in Vedanta (in 2017). Three students got placed on Amazon (in 2017). The rest of the students were placed in other IT companies. The placement in charge is making efforts to help the students.
Placements: The placements are good. Many companies like TCS, LnT, etc., came to our college. In our batch, 70% of the students were placed in different companies from various location. In the third year, the college also helps in providing internship in Nagpur based companies. In the final year, they provide aptitude classes for campus placements, and they do help in placements as well. The TnP sir makes sure that all the deserving candidates should be selected, so they keep asking about the details and wh...
Placements: The placements of the college are not good. Only 10% of students were placed. For civil engineering, no companies visited for campus placements. Few companies visited our college and recruited 13 students of CSE with a package of 2.5 LPA including a bond for two years. For mining engineering branch, Vedanta Resources recruited seven students at the package of 4 LPA, and Sunflag recruited two students at the package of 3 LPA, JDS Argo recruited three students from electronics branch, but till now...
Placements: Various companies visited the college for the placements. Most of them for computer engineering and electronic engineering. For mechanical engineering every year Vedanta Pvt Ltd visited for the placement. Last year six students got selected from mining branch, and one student from mechanical and the package offered was Rs. 6 lakh per annum.
Placements: Rajiv Gandhi College has good placement opportunities. The training and placement department faculty takes many efforts so that each and everyone should get placed. Also, the students over here get placed in various top MNCs by clearing all the rounds of an interview.
Placements: Placements for mining engineering are the best. This year, 4 students (3 from the mining department and 1 from the mechanical department) are selected in Vedanta Group with a package of 9.2 lakhs per annum. From mechanical engineering and other engineering field, there were many placements and many students are placed with packages of 4.2 lakhs per annum, 3 lakhs per annum and 1.5 lakhs per annum.
Placements: Placements are good. Students with consistent first class have more chances of getting placed earlier. Good academic record fetches more opportunities for the students. Many companies visit the campus for placements. Preplacement sessions are provided for the students.
Placements: In short, it is the worst. But for CSE, placements were 10% with an average salary of 12,000. For mining engineering, 10 guys every year got a job with a package of 7 lakhs PA. For the rest of branches, it is better not to join this college. The T&P department is active but not on par in bringing good companies. Major recruiters are Vedanta, Sunflag, Goenka Group, Capgemini and Triveni Turbine.
Placements: In the 2015batch, placement was good. Above 100 students have been selected in good companies. The percentage of selected students was around 9-10%. The highest salary offered was 8 LPA and the lowest salary offered was 1.8 LPA. All good companies, including the MNCs, visited the campus. Roles offered included that of a software engineer, PHP developer etc. 2% of the students got internships from the college.
Placements: The placement for the mining department is not that good for the 2013 and 2014 batches as compared to 2011 and 2012. In 2011 and 2012 batches, all the students got placement while in the 2013 and 2014 batches, only 10% students got the placement. The highest salary offered in mining department in 2013 and one batch was 5.6 lakhs per annum and the lowest was 2.3 lakhs. The companies which visited are Vedanta, Ultratech Cement, Ambuja Cement, SMS Infrastructures, Orient Cement and Neco Jayaswal In...
