Think twice before you go.

Placements: Almost 60 per cent students were placed. Average package was 3-4 LPA All the recruiting companies were IT and BPO like amazon, TCS, Wipro, HCL. There are no internship facilities for students from the college end. Very few opportunities provided for top rolls in etc.

Dissatisfied because of faculty and way poor placements in 2019.

Placements: 1. 30% of students were placed 2. The highest salary is 40k and the lowest was 15k 3. None of the top company visited 4. Associate Software Engineer was the top role offered. 5. Package ranges from 1.8 LPA to 4.5 LPA 6. No internship was allowed, the student has to take special permission from the principal and T&P for an internship, this is the biggest drawback of the organisation.

Very few good teachers are present in the college, and many departments are closed now.

Placements: Many students got placed, but into the BPO companies. The highest salary package offered is 10.2 LPA in a marketing company, and some students got placed in BYJUS with a salary package of 10 LPA. Very few students got placed in technical background companies such as TCS, Syntel etc.

It is a good upcoming engineering college.

Placements: Placements in our college are not that good. During our time, mostly BPOs visited to recruit. The IT companies hired hardly 50 students from the batch of 500 students. I hope the placement scenario must have changed by time. The institute needs recognition. Otherwise, it's satisfactory.

The college needs to improve on providing teaching and course curriculum.

Placements: Almost 70% of the batch got placed. The highest salary offered was Rs. 25,000 per month. The lowest salary offered was around Rs. 8,000 per month. Companies like TCS, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, Infosys (off-campus), Wipro, etc., visited our campus for placements. Roles like system engineer, developer, tester, coder, etc., were offered to students. The highest salary package offered was 3.4 LPA. College is good, but they need to change their policies and also replace some faculty members.

Placements: Placements were conducted in our college, but not much good. Mostly, the only consultancy conducts placement drive. But technical or core companies don't visit the campus for the placements. About 30% of the students got placed every year from our college.

Overall, it is a good college but doesn't offer great placements.

Placements: Placements in the college were not that good but being a sister college of YCCE, the college does attract some good companies. The average salary package offered was around 2 LPA and the highest salary package offered was 3.2 LPA. Internships were not provided by the college. There was a full-time devoted placement cell working hard to bring good companies on board for students.

Rajiv Gandhi college is a good college in overall for students who seek to have a great future ahead

Placements: The placements drive are good enough for the students. Everyone gets a fair chance to attend the drive and grab the opportunity equally. Almost more than 100+ students are placed during the placement drives. The highest salary offered was 3.5-4 Lacs per year, but as in my senior batch the highest salary offered was 7lakh per year by the Byjuu2019s. There are many companies like amazon, motif, epic research, market magnify in BPOu2019s and in technical companies like congnizant, tcs, tech m, cyba...

The ground reporting of RGCER alias (NYSS).

Placements: The placements in our college for the batch of 2017 were not good. Most of the companies profile was for either BPO or KPO. The maximum number of students got placed where any graduate was allowed. Only 5% of the students got placed in good blue Chip companies. There were very limited opportunities.

The overall experience is not good. You would only regret getting in this college.

Placements: The placements are good on paper, but actually, due to the outdated syllabus by RTMNU, students don't have ample amount of programming knowledge. Hence, the maximum students get placed here in BPO. Also, pure domain related companies only come for a software related domain, but not for other core branches.

Friendly faculty, self-grooming environment, and spacious infrastructure.

Placements: Smart Data was the first company which visited our college. I am one of the lucky and deserving candidates who got placed in this company. This company hired the students which were toppers in the academics. Other companies namely Cognizant, Zensar Technologies, etc. also visited our college. Many of the students from my batch were placed and got a good package from these companies.

Good placements, complete curriculum, friendly environment.

Placements: Companies like Eclinical Software Solutions and Unnati Motors hired a very good number of students from our batch. Unnati Motors gave a platform to the students to show their skills and choose whether to go for a job or internship programme. Both job and internship had salaries and monthly stipends. Unnati was the company which hired the maximum number of students in our batch.

Good hostel facility, spacious infrastructure, knowledgeable faculty.

Placements: Our batch was a lucky one because all the students got good placements including a good salary package. On the other hand, some students have got experience to show their skills in the internships and they also got monthly stipends. Students like me whose hometown is not Nagpur got enough stipend that fulfills the basic expenses. Companies like Unnati Motors hired many students for their internship program.

Environment was very friendly but lack of practical knowledge and exposure.

Placements: Placements of our seniors were comparatively lower than us. Batch after batch, the quality of companies is increasing. Normally 25% students used to get placed and the rest is dependent upon the students' knowledge and calibre. TechM, Zensar, Datamatics, Wipro, Persistent, etc. used to come for placements. Dissatisfied because of faculty, very less placements in 2014, really good infrastructure.

Placements: Placements were not that good for our batch. But the parent branch of our college i.e. YCCE helped us get placement opportunities, which is a big plus point. Although our batch got very less opportunities. The on-campus placement support should be improved and students should be provided with more opportunities. The average salary offered was 3.0 lacks. Not many students were placed.
