Placements: Around 90% of students were placed with top companies, including ONGC, HAL, and other PSU. Internships were offered to all students with the top internships, including Gail. Top course roles include data scientist, AI researcher, and many others.

Placements: Around 92% of our seniors were placed this year. The highest salary package was 28 LPA and the average salary package was 12 LPA. Top recruiters were ONGC, IOCL, TCS, BYJU, Torrent gas, Reliance, and Adani. Our course has started this year so we get internships in the 3rd year.

Placements: 80 to 90% of students in petroleum engineering got placements. The highest package offered in the 2022 batch was 24 LPA by ONGC. The lowest package offered was 3.5 LPA by Torrent Gas. ONGC, IOCL, BPCL, HPCL, and other PSUs are the main companies that come for recruitment. All the students got internships in many known companies. Some students here are also placed as data scientists in Halliburton with a whopping package of 52 LPA.

This year technical branch companies also visited, so the popularity is increased.

Placements: About 60-65% of students got placed in my batch through college placement drives. The highest package offered was 19 LPA offered by ONGC, and the lowest package was about 3 LPA by ICICI Bank. The top recruiters are ONGC, HPCL, OIL, Adani, Wipro etc. All the students were offered internships in different companies of the petroleum sector like ONGC, IRS-ONGC, HPCL, BPCL, Reliance, etc., as per their respective streams.

Placements: The placements are pretty good at RGIPT. As the number of students on the campus is comparatively less than IITs and NITs, there is an ease in grabbing the job. As PSUs visit the campus every year, students get placed with pretty high packages. Almost 9 LPA is the average package offered, and the highest goes up to 20 LPA.

The highest salary package was offered in petroleum engineering by an oil PSU named ONGC, and it was 22 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was around 6 LPA, and it was provided by Algo8.AI. Top recruiters here are Oil, IOCL, GAIL, HPCL, ONGC and other major PSUs. As far as internships are concerned, every student got an internship in PSUs and oil MNCs.
