Absolutely satisfied because of the curriculum, facilities, placements and infrastructure.

Placements: This is one of the colleges in Bengaluru with a good record of placements. This year particularly, the number of companies which came for the mechanical branch were slightly higher as compared to previous years. Almost all of us got placed in an IT company and some of us have got placed in a core company too. The highest package was 9 LPA and the average was around 4.5 LPA. Several companies like ABB and Bosch offered internships too with stipends varying from 12,000-18,000 per month. Companies ...

The best college in the city.

Placements: Placements are very good. Almost 90% students were placed and most of the companies offered a salary in between 4 LPA and 11 LPA. Around 100 companies visited my branch alone. The details of the job offers weren't displayed. Most of the students were very satisfied with their job.

Best engineering college in Bangalore.

Placements: The placement department is too good, I sincerely thank Savitha Konna, the placement officer and her team who made sure that every candidate got a job offer before leaving the college. Streams like medical electronics might have fewer chances in the core companies, but there will an offer letter before we complete the college that is only because the team aims in achieving 100% placements.

MBA in RIT is good with infrastructure and facilities but no proper placements.

Placements: The placements were not good as compared to the B.E course. No 100% placements were there in the current batch and as well as the seniors' batch. Only 6 students out of 120 have been placed. The salary package offered to them was 4.5 PA. The companies which visited were mostly all startups and offered very low package. Sales roles were the common job offers. Companies like E&Y, Hyper Connect, i-fly Techsoft, Berger Paints, EDS Technology, Khimji Ramdas, etc have visited. 5% of students got the i...

Engineering + Bangalore? Check Ramaiah.

Placements: Internships are encouraged by the department staff and help is provided for the same. Placement department is completely focussed on the final year students and does not help in internships. However, they get us nice placements. Specifically, in ISE, the placements range from 5 LPA to 22 LPA with an average of 7-8 LPA.

One of the top three colleges in Bangalore with great faculty, good placements and infrastructure.

Placements: The placements cell of the college works really well for helping the students go through the process without any difficulties. The average package offered to a student is about 6-7 LPA. The highest package offered last year was 50 LPA which was to an information science student. The minimum package that any student can expect is 3.6 LPA. If you are an above average student then you can easily grab a package of 10-20 LPA, depending on your branch and work. If you consider yourself as a really bri...

Very good college with good infrastructure, faculty, and placements.

Placements: More companies visited for placements which had a high profile and were good companies. This time there was a recession it seems, even though we had a good number of placements with good packages. We had placement training twice in the last year that helped us to get a clear picture about placements.

Review of MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology.

Placements: Placements are fantastic in this college. 90% of the students get placed every year. Almost 350 companies visit MSRIT every year. Last year, almost 1500 offers were made with decent packages. The second highest package in MSRIT is Rs. 50 LPA. Majority of the companies that visit here are software related. Overall, this college assures you a guaranteed placement.

Good placement, infrastructure, and faculty.

Placements: The placement is awesome. 300+ companies come for recruiting. Placement training cell is there which improves the students' skills and helps them to prepare for the job. My seniors are placed well. The highest salary their batch got was Rs. 50 LPA. 1900+ students were recruited. The average salary for ECE is 3.5 LPA to 4 LPA in the beginning. Later on, it depends on your talent. And if you are good in coding, you will get placed for a much high salary, like 8-9 LPA.

Undoubtedly, MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology (information science) is your option. Come rock it.

Placements: The placements are 100%. The average stipend is 6.5 lpa. Not only there are placements in the final year, the pre-final year students got an internship in Google San, Francisco and also LinkedIn, Bosch Bangalore and many more companies. There is absolutely no doubt in placements. There are enough opportunities to get into.

Excellent faculty, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: Placements are very good for software branches but when it comes to our branches, there are moderate opportunities. We have more opportunities in the IT field than core and we need to work hard to get into core companies. But if you are in software branches, then you will have ample opportunities in this college. This is the best in placements.

Placements: The placement offers for every batch for the electronics branch are plenty and Ramiah has always maintained a 100% placement record. The highest salary offered was 25 lakh p.a by Flipkart and the lowest is an average of 5 lakh. Ramiah extends support to even startups by producing incubation centres.

Top college in Bangalore with good faculty, infrastructure and placements.

Placements: MSRIT has always promised 100% placements. While this is true, most of the students get placed in the mass recruiters like TCS, Infosys, with a package of 3-4 lakhs. CS and IS graduates get good placements with the highest packages of 50 LPA (foreign), offers from Amazon, CISCO at 12-15 LPA. There are specific companies that come for core branches and hire in good numbers, offering packages of 5-6 LPA.

Overall I am satisfied with the programs and course outcome.

Placements: Placements are good in MSRIT, not the best you can get but fair enough. Placement basically depends on one's CGPA. Many companies which visit our campus shortlist the candidates based on CGPA first. Robert Bosch visited the campus this year with a cut-off CGPA of 9.3. 90% of the students are placed every year with the highest package going around 16 LPA for computer science department and an average of 3 LPA. Companies that visited in the core sector include Robert Bosch, Mahindra and Mahindra, ...
