All about Ramaiah Institute of technology.

Placements: In my course, 90-95% people were placed. The highest package was 48LPA by UiPath and 2 people secured it, the lowest offer was around 3-4LPA, and the average was around 6-7LPA for ECE. The top recruiting companies were Oracle and Natwest which recruited a total of 40 people. The top roles offered in my course were software developer engineer. Almost 20-30 % of people got an internship in their 3rd and 4th year.

Best college for management studies.

Placements: Last year, the placements were not very good but normally placements are good in our course. Companies like Bajaj Finance, Aditya Birla group and Yes Bank recruit from our college. At least 70 percent of students get internships and placements every year.

MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology honest review about the ECE department.

Placements: I did my B.Tech in the ECE department. The placement information given on the website is completely fake. Only 20% of the class was placed. Most of the placement offers were taken by the CS/IS department. The highest is 48 LPA, but only one got placed in that, and the lowest is 1 LPA. Companies like Oracle, Texas Instruments, etc., are top companies.

Above average placements and good hostel facilities. Satisfied with faculty.

Placements: In Medical Electronics Engineering, a total of 80% - 90% students got placed and one of the students got into Paytm for 20 LPA. The highest package was 20 LPA and the lowest was 4LPA as of now. Average package went upto 6LPA. The top recruiting company was GE Healthcare .

Our college had good infrastructure and facilities.

Placements: Our college does not provide good placements. Students have to make a portfolio and apply for jobs at different firms. Internships are not provided. Students have to find it for themselves.

It is a good college.

Placements: In our college, students are placed in the computer science branch. The salary package offered is good. The highest salary package offered is 38 LPA by Atlassian and the lowest salary package offered is 21 LPA.

If you are getting top branches like CSE or ECE, it's definitely value for money.

Placements: 90% students from our department are placed, some in core, some in IT sector and some are placed off campus. There are many core companies like Mercedes, Dover, Boeing and many more which comes for placements. You will be recruited as a core engineer and the roles are likewise only.

The best college to reach our future dreams.

Placements: This year, nearly 75 to 80 percent students got placed in big and well known companies. Students bag highest package of 15L per annum, and some extra bright students bag more packages. Top recruiting companies are Benz, Audi and many other big companies.

Ramaiah Institute of Technology has introduced new branches.

Placements: Around 80% of students are placed. The highest package is around 40 LPA, Amazon and Apple are the top recruiter companies. Code-nation also visits the college for recruitment but they offer less CTC in comparison to other good colleges. Around 60% of students get an internship. Data scientist is another major role offered in this course which is the next big thing in the industry.

Good faculty, below-average infrastructure, but a great college life.

Placements: The Architecture department doesn't have placements. You need to apply on your own elsewhere and no additional help is provided by the college, although the faculty is supportive and can provide assistance if necessary. You need to build on your portfolio on your own, but the faculty gives help. The better the portfolio, the better it is for you to get placed. The starting salary is really low, but it takes time for one to earn better.

I am satisfied with this college because of its good opportunity in the core branch.

Placements: In our department, almost all students get placed in good companies which visit campus. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered ranges from 5 LPA - 6 LPA. Nvidia, TI, and most software companies visit to hire students. One thing many will apply for the SDE role, and very less will pursue in the core. So, many will get into the IT sector.

Our college is overhyped for facilities and is a good place to join.

Placements: Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, etc., hire a major number of students with low salary packages from our college. The placements in CSE, ISE and ECE branches are decent, but the average salary package offered ranges around 5 LPA-6 LPA. However, the placement cell works hard and fetches some foreign placements like one firm offered a salary of Rs. 45,000 per month for an IT role.

If you are a hard-working student, then it is a good college.

Placements: Almost 100% of the students from the ECE branch got placed. Intel hired 12 students with a salary package of 16 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 49 LPA. Till 28th February 2021, there are 849 offers for this year's students. Almost 100% of the students from the CS branch got placed. There are about 140 students in the ECE branch this year.

Placements are not that great for the mechanical department, but it has some good faculty and labs.

Placements: Placements for the mechanical branch are not good because few companies visited here for campus recruitment. About 5% of the students got placed in core companies, and some of them have changed their branch and got placed in software and business development companies. From a mechanical company, the highest salary package offered by Lam Research is 11 LPA and the average salary package offered is about 4.5 LPA. About 25% of students are placed if included all the companies that hired students fr...

Yes nice college infrastructure is nice.

Placements: Yes, placements are pretty good, we have average placement of 5 LPA and the highest is like 10 LPA. Many companies are visiting from IT sector and also from core side we have many large companies like mrpl and MCF and some also pursue higher studies.

The college provided a satisfactory educational experience.

Placements: Very few people from our batch got placements in companies they wished to get into despite satisfying all the criteria. Very few companies catering to our core field of study visited, and it almost felt like they were there just for the sake of it and not actually to hire fresh graduates.

The college is underdeveloped.

Placements: The college provides excellent opportunities for students from the coding background which is evident as Bangalore is the IT hub. There are limited offers in core companies. Most of the placements offers are from mass recruiters only. Only one offer was made to the topper of the CS branch in dollars, and that was converted to INR and was displayed that our student got 50 LPA package. But if you ask them what's the second best salary package offered, then the figure will take a huge dip.

The placement scenario is good, study environment is good, overall development is high.

Placements: The placement record for iem department is good compared to other vtu colleges. This year the highest package in iem was 6.75 LPA and average salary was 4.5 LPA Around 85% of the students were placed on campus this time and few went abroad for higher studies.

My college is good only because of the crowd. The students are all independent and bold.

Placements: We have a lot of placements and it starts once we complete our 3rd year. A lot of core companies come for computer science and electronics. We have a lot of mass recruiters. There are a few placements for civil and mechanical engineering and for all the remaining branches.

Not satisfied and is not worth the money at all.

Placements: In terms of the number of companies came, it was quite good but the packages offered were not enough especially in my branch (civil). Talking about other engineering streams like CS and IT, as usual they got very good placement offers in companies like google, Microsoft, L&T, cognizant and many more. Highest package offered was around 25 LPA and the lowest being 2.5 LPA.
