It is a good college compared to other colleges in Nagpur and other places.

Placements: Placements in our college are good. Mostly, IT service companies visit the campus and conduct mass recruitment. Around 80% of the students from our batch got placed. Overall, placements for branches like CS, IT and ECE are good. Almost 450 students got placed from our college in mass recruitment. Some dream companies visited the campus and recruited around 100 students. A few core companies recruited nearly 70 students. Out of 900 students, almost 700 students got placed from our college. Placements and infrastructure are decent, and the faculty are average.

Placements: Placements are decent in Shri Ramdeobaba College of Engineering and Management. Everyone will get a job. The majority of jobs are available in the IT sector. If you are lucky, then you will get placed in companies like Mu Sigma or Amazon or Nvidia, and the rest of the students will get placed in Accenture, Infosys or TCS. These companies are major recruiters of our college.

Dissatisfied with the placements in 2018.

Placements: Placements of the 2018 batch were not good; approximately 50% of the students got placed. But the placement percentage for 2017 batch was 100%. Most of the students who got placed in 2018 were from the computer science branch. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA, and the average package was 3.50 LPA.

Overall, it is a good college, but only lacks sports infrastructure.

Placements: Placements in our college were good as almost all the students get jobs after completing their course, but most of them were placed in IT companies barring few exceptions. Companies like Mu Sigma, Nvidia, etc., visit the campus for placements and hire students in good numbers compared to other colleges.

A good college but it has to compete with other better colleges.

Placements: Placements in the college were good, and everybody got placed somewhere. But there is a decline in placements from the past years, and the quality has also degraded. It can be improved if good companies come to campus. It's just that everybody gets placed, but the quality of placements is not good.

The highest package offered to my batch was 16.5 LPA, and the average package offered was 3.5 LPA to 4.5 LPA, and the lowest package offered was 2 LPA. My senior batch had good placement percentage. Companies like Accenture, L&T, Barclays, vConstruct, Wipro, VM Ware, etc., visited our college.

Computer science department is the best department in RCOEM.

Placements: Placements for our branch are the best among other branches in this college. This year, more than seven companies have visited the campus in the first half itself, i.e. till September. The average salary package offered is about 4.50 LPA. Though there are many companies which are offering salary packages of more than 8 LPA, most of the companies are offering salary packages of 3.50 LPA and 4.50 LPA. All the students in our class were placed. Usually, all the students from the CSE department get ...

Overall, it was a decent experience for the 2015 batch.

Placements: Almost 75% of students got placed from the 2015 batch. Major recruiters were IT companies like Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and Tech Mahindra. The roles offered revolved around IT services. Few companies like Ashok Leyland came for the core branch placements as well. The average CTC offered was around 6 LPA. Many students from computers engineering got a chance to do internships with Infosys and Wipro during the last semester.

Good experience as a student, best in central India.

Placements: Placements are good but competitive, As I was in a core electronics branch that helped me getring placed in a good core company. Most of the time the demand for the students for the placements will be of IT, CS dept. But eventually you will get scope to get in the compqny regardless of your branch/stream etc.

The college is good, and one can build their careers. All faculty members are helpful to students.

Placements: Every year, placements are very good for CS and IT students. After VNIT, our college has the largest core placements in the whole Vidharbha. This year, recently, Darce Aly visited the campus, and L&T visit the college in December. Students in every field can attend the interview of any company, and mostly, they are open interviews.

It is one of the best colleges in Vidarbha.

Placements: Placements in our college were good. Many companies visit our campus for placements. Companies also visit our campus for placements of core branches. The salary package offered is a bit less. The salary package offered by mass recruiting companies is pretty low. Roles like a developer, consultant, sales profile, core, etc., are offered to students.

Placements: In our year, almost everyone got placements. We had some mass recruiters like Accenture, Wipro, Infosys, L&T Infotech and many others. As a matter of fact Accenture gave offers to about 200 -250 students. I had job offers from all the three companies listed above. So, you could say that job is assured. Apart from mass recruiters, Barclays Bank, Mu - Sigma and ZS Associates etc. Also participated in the placement season, they gave pretty good packages. Placements: Good number of companies visit RCOEM for recruitment and max crowd is placed in some or the other company if you are just well enough to present yourself. Mass recruiters hire 300+ students from different branches. Placement wise RCOEM stands on top in Nagpur.

Placements: Placements for my senior batch was very good. Accenture gave the highest number of jobs in the whole Vidarbha to a single college. The same with our batch also. Almost everyone gets placed. Placement department is very helpful, and it takes care so that each student gets equal opportunities.
