I am very satisfied with this college.
Placements: Around 50% of students got placed in this course. Top recruiting companies are Cognizant, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and High-Technext. The top roles offered are assistant and software engineer. The highest salary package offered was 14 LPA.
Infrastructure: All facilities are available such as a library, hostel, Wi-Fi, and canteen. The infrastructure is very good. Laboratory is better. Hostel facilities are available only for third and fourth-year students. For girls, hostels are available from the first year.
Faculty: Teachers are highly qualified and helpful. They always help us in all aspects. The course curriculum is relevant to make students ready for the industry. Semester exams are conducted as per the schedule. This college is affiliated with MAKAUT.

It is the best college that gives value for money.
Placements: Most of the students get placed in ECE and CSE departments. Highest placements are provided in our department compared to other departments. Most of the students get placed in IT companies like Cognizant, TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Some of our alumni got off-campus jobs in reputed product-based companies like Amazon. The placement cell is trying hard to bring core companies on campus.
Infrastructure: It is a government college that provides many facilities. There are average classrooms, library facilities, and labs. Wi-Fi facility is provided in a few places. Playground and canteen are available. There are some issues with medical facilities as it is located in a remote area, so it is very difficult to find a doctor or medical store. I recommend students carry medicines if needed.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are good. Our department has talented professors. They help students with curriculum activities and other projects. Semester exams are conducted by MAKAUT and CA exams are conducted by faculty members every month. The course curriculum is good. They are helpful for GATE aspirants.
Other: Our college will host Aikyatan 2.0 in 2023 which is a combined cultural and technical fest. Many small and medium events organised regularly are helpful to students.

R. K. M. G. E. C is satisfactory but not outstanding.
Placements: In our college, the percentage of ECE students is higher than in other courses, at least 50%. The highest annual package offered is 14 Lacs, and the lowest is 3 Lacs. Companies like Cognizant, Zensar, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, HCL, IBM, etc., visit our campus for placements, and many students opt for higher studies.
Infrastructure: In my college, our course is decent but not exceptional. The hostel facilities are good, although unfortunately, they aren't available for 1st and 2nd-year students, which is a drawback. The hostel is well-maintained and secured by a good guard, but the food quality is average, providing two meals a day.
Faculty: Undoubtedly, our course curriculum is beneficial as it holds affiliation from M.A. K. A. U. T., which is followed by almost all engineering colleges. All the teachers are highly qualified and dedicated to enhancing our college and its students' welfare.

Welcome to RKMGEC, The beauty of Purulia .
Placements: Popular companies such as TCS and CTS have already hired, and others such as Maventic, Wipro, High Tech will be visiting our campus soon. In majority of cases, they hired for the position of system engineer. The average package is close to four to five LPA approximately.
Infrastructure: The lab infrastructure is good, but due to the rural area, the network connection is very poor. Classroom capacity is 50+ approximately. And also the library facility is good enough; lots of different authors' books are there for reference. The boys' hostel is basically available for the 3rd and 4th years, but the girls'hostel is available for all girls from first to final year. Hostel food isn't as good as home cooking, but it's not bad either. A playground is placed on the college campus. The madical facility is very poor.
Faculty: In ECE 5 and above, highly qualified faculty
members are there. The total number of semester is 8. The semester fee is 6000 for ECE. Half and full freeship opportunity is also available. The semester exam consists of 4 internal exams. The classes can be taken offilne as well as online.

I am satisfied with faculty members and placement cell. I am not satisfied with the hostel facility.
Placements: More than 90% of students got placed in our college. Other students cracked GATE or similar exams. The highest salary package offered is 9 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro, and CTS. About 10% of students got internships from Internshala.
Infrastructure: Our college has been established in 2016. The infrastructure of our college is not sufficient. First and second-year boys have to stay out of college because there are not many hostels in our college. Otherwise, it is the best college because of our very much cooperative professors. All classrooms are quite good with projectors. The library has only the textbooks of the syllabus. They do not offer other books. It has less number of books. The hostel facility is average. The quality of the food is a bit not considerable. Students play games in our college. Only one building is Wi-Fi enabled, and other buildings can not access Wi-Fi. Labs are good. After covid, some machines are not working well.
Faculty: All teachers in our college are very helpful and cooperative. Most of them are highly qualified, and some of them are still pursuing new courses. They are very good. Most of them focus on our placements. They are informative. They provide us with the information and suggest how to get a work. We have to study ourselves. Semester exams are not good. The exam paper is full of wrong questions or incomplete questions. Even in some papers, all questions are from only 2 or 3 topics, and not a single question from other topics like DSA, electronic devices, etc. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I opted for this course because I like electric wires and programming. The best thing is that all topics of this course are very much interesting. It would be better if the lab part increased in our course. Our college conducts fresher days, farewell days, and tech fests. The campus surroundings are very beautiful in the rainy seasons. Our college provides scholarships to students. Our college has an active group of NSS units where we organise some camps like blood donation camps with Thalassemia tests for social welfare. ISP provider works fine. Jio and other networks are not good. Our college conducts annual sports every year like football, cricket, badminton, etc.
