Placements: There are good placements for CS and IT department. The majority of the companies which visit here are IT-based. Don't expect core companies as they visit very rarely. I suggest you to try to get placed in 7th semester as less number of companies visit in the 8th semester. If you choose the EXTC branch, try to opt for the IT industry for placement purpose.
