Satisfied with the infrastructure but not placement.

Placements: The percentage of students who got placed in the year 2015 is about 80% but it wasn't so good last year. The companies that visited our college are Johnson Controls, Wipro, IBM, TCS, CTS and a few more. The highest package was offered by Johnson Controls and the average salary was offered by TCS, IBM, etc. at around 3.4 lakhs per annum.

Happy with the placements.

Placements: I think almost 80% of the students are placed somewhere or the other, so I find it satisfying. The senior batch students also said that they were satisfied. The highest salary per month is Rs. 50000, the average is around Rs. 35000. Persistent, Johnson Controls, TCS, Wipro, etc. visit our college. Internship offered is not very satisfying.

The average salary of the students in my college is around Rs. 25000 - 30000. The lowest salary is around Rs. 10000. Companies like TCS, IBM, Infosys, CTS, Capgemini, Persistent, etc. hire the students.

Good infrastructure with even better placements.

Placements: In the year of 2015-2016, we had decent placements, with major MNCs coming for on-campus placements. Tata Consultancy Services took the majority of students, followed by other premier companies like I-Gate (now Capgemini), Ericsson, Tech Mahindra and other several companies. Majority of the students (around 80%) got placed. The average package offered by the companies was around 3.25 lpa.

It's an okayish college. Can't say less or more than that.

Placements: Highest package- 7 lakhs. Lowest package- 3.5 lakhs. Placements are not so good in RCCIT at present. Half of the students remain unplaced or are placed in start-ups. Students were mostly offered call centre jobs. The companies that have so far visited are the mass recruiting companies like IBM, TCS, etc.

It's one of the top private colleges in Kolkata.

Placements: This college is not like the other private colleges in Kolkata. The ambience of the college is really good. The faculty is relatively quiet good. However, one thing that every student wants to know about is the placement. It is quiet good in this college the percentage of placement is around 80-90 percent. RCC has a history of producing top class engineers and a record of providing greatest placements.

Good infrastructure and average placement.

Placements: The placement was above average in our college. If I tell about my batch, then 45-50% students got placed in different MNCs. The first company of our batch was TCS where 34 students got placed. Then Capgemini came and a bit of mass recruitment happened as per our college strength where 70 students got placed. After that IBM, Tech Mahindra and Ericsson visited and students got placed. The highest salary offered is 4.2 lakhs per annum by Keerti Solution and the lowest offered by Ericsson i.e. 2.7 ...

Very satisfying faculty and helping placement cell. The campus is beautiful.

Placements: The placement cell is very helpful. 75% of the eligible candidates get selected every year. There are ample opportunities for the students. Its up to the students more of to clear the aptitude tests and then the interview. Overall, very satisfying numbers through the years.

Average faculty and placements.

Placements: Placements are moderate in our college. We had 65-70% placement this year. The highest salary paid is 30k and the lowest is 10k. Companies like TCS, IBM, Tech Mahindra, etc. visited our college. Roles like assistant software engineer were given to the students. The placement cell took some efforts but they were late.

Good college that provides a very healthy environment for studies.

Placements: Placement here is very good. Last year it is about 90%. The placement cell is very active and provides mock interviews for students. Companies like IBM, TCS, Indian Army and Sony used to come every year. Overall, the placement is very impressive. The college is very concerned about the students' future.

Dissatisfied with the faculty, not college. Very good placements have been done here.

Placements: Placements are very good. 95% students have already been placed in the senior batch. The highest salary offered is by IBM at 5.7 lakhs/annum approx. All IT companies come but there are many core companies like Indian navy, Bose etc. There is no internship programme organized by our college but placement is really good.

Placements: In 2016, out of the eligible students, 50.83% were placed in Tata Consultancy Services, 23.26% were placed in Wipro Pvt. Limited, 8.64 % were placed in Tech Mahindra Ltd, and apart from that, the companies like IGATE Global Solution Ltd, BroadSoft technologies Pvt Ltd, Global IDs, Alumnus Software Ltd, Ericson India Global Services Pvt Ltd etc. visited for recruitment. Good college with a room for improvement.

Placements: Placement is perhaps the most vital part of any college. In my 3 years of college, I had seen a "mixed" placement scenario. Initially, in 2014, the placement was quite good, 2015 was perhaps the best as almost 80% of ECE eligible students got placed, partly due to market conditions and partly due to the quality of the batch. 2016-2017 batch is doing quite well, although compared to the previous year, the opportunities have diminished considerably.

Well qualified faculty, moderate placement and less fee. No hostel and playground.

Placements: Placement opportunity is neither too good nor too bad If I talk about this year i.e. 2017 batch. No on-campus drive happened but all the companies like (TCS, IBM, Cognizant, Kirti, Capgemini) come to college but not in on campus. For previous batches, LPA (before 2016) placement was decent but not too good for 2017 batch. The package offered is on average 3.LPA. For internships, students themselves need to look forward and search for that.

A college with highs and lows

Placements: At least 75% students get placed every year, and in some years, 90% students got placed. I have heard that 10 lakhs per annum was the highest package offered. The students are offered the roles of Associate Engineer, Scientist etc. The lowest salary I heard is 3.5 lakhs per annum. The internship depends on the interest of students. The student who wants an internship gets the internship and completes it. The recruiters are TCS, Infosys, Indian Armed Forces, Tech Mahindra, Wipro, IBM, Ericsson In...

RCCIIT a place to learn and explore. Comparing with other private colleges, my experience was good.

Placements: The IT and software companies like TCS, INFOSYS, CTS are the major recruiters of this college. Last two years' placement statistics: 2015: 170+ students were placed in Infosys with 3.25 LPA and around 50+ students were placed in Tech Mahindra. The remaining were placed in various companies like IBM, I-Gate, Ericsson etc. Indian Navy visited the campus for recruitments though none of the students were selected. None of the core companies visited the campus. The overall percentage was 70+. 2016:...

You will be placed here if you are good enough to be placed.

Placements: The electrical department gets not that decent placements but it is still fine considering the state of core engineering departments in the colleges. Around 40% of the students were placed from this department in 2016 which counts as 27 out of 73 students where 20 students were not eligible out of 73.

The college has an awesome environment and great faculty. It provides students with great working and studying environment. Crowd is pretty decent. Though the bitter part of the college is that it does not offer campus placements. Staff of the college is helpful and the college provides every required facility to the students.
