I am dissatisfied with faculty members.
Placements: I don't think pursuing a masters programme from this college is worth compared to other colleges. The kind of education I got here doesn't have any good options for a job further. I feel that I took the worst decision in my life to join this college.
Infrastructure: We didn't have teachers or even a proper classroom to study. They have conducted lectures on the staircase for us. All other professors are used to disrespect us and sent us from the classroom. In the end, we used to spend hours searching for a classroom, or they used to cancel the lecture.
Faculty: Proper lectures are not scheduled, and even the quality of teaching was bad. Teachers did not seem to be interested in teaching us, except for a few. Even we didn't know who was our HOD until the end of the year. Even he didn't have the interest to make things better for us.
Other: I was ambitious to do a masters in clinical psychology under Mumbai University. But the degree which I got from here is not worthy, and even I haven't acquired any knowledge from it to work in the field.

I am not satisfied with our college.
Placements: There are no placement offers in our course, so we didn't get placed. We didn't get time to do an internship for the entire month properly, which is mandatory according to the course curriculum set by the university. The reason for it is we started doing internship late because of the management.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facility is not provided here, and the books provided in the library are outdated. There are no classrooms for post-graduate students. Even during my tenure, one of the lectures for us was held on the stairs because there was no classroom for us.
Faculty: The course curriculum designed by the university is pretty good, but we didn't have efficient professors to provide the kind of education we expected. Maybe one or two professors were regular and good at their jobs, while the rest of the professors were almost always absent or poor at their job. Our HOD never comes to college.
Other: R. D. National College is probably well known for its fest and extracurricular activities, which is a great thing. But it should focus on improving the academic aspects of the college and the infrastructure. Our college should also get better faculty members, management and also HODs.
