Not as per expectation. Faculty is not good.
Placements: The placement is low after pandemic. Placements are around 30% to 40% only. The highest package is 16 Lacs and the lowest is 3 Lacs. Average package is around 7 Lacs. There is no big company in on campus placement. There is no support for internship from college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are really bad in college. Campus is too small and facilities are not good as well. Hostel Wi-Fi only works in rare case. Labs have broken computers. Hostel food was good earlier but after a month it got bad. Even after so much of complaints, there is no change in food.
Faculty: Teachers are good and average in knowledge but teaching skills are subjective. Some students face problems. Teaching quality is average. Course is really outdated and too old. Semester exams are good but marking scheme is like scam. It totally depends on the examiners. if he wants then you will get good marks and if he does not want then you might get backlog even though you answered well.
Other: I chose this course due to high demand and good salary. They need to improve their course and make it as per industry standards. Events and fests are good but are not properly managed.

It's an honest review and experience of a second-year student.
Placements: Around 80 % of students got placed in last year's pass-out batch. This year's placement is going on. Our college has designed a curriculum to get you placed in top companies. The highest salary package offered is 18 LPA. Around 740 students got placed, and there were 184 employers onboard last year. Over 50 marquee recruiters visited our college for placements. Top recruiting companies are Juspay, Netflix, Salesforce, KPMG, Bonami, Finastra, Byju's, EY, and Voltas.
Infrastructure: The facilities we get for our academics are very absurd. We have Wi-Fi all over the campus, including our library, classrooms, and labs with high internet data, which helps students during their study sessions. The Quality of food in the hostel is not very promising. They always try to have different types of meals for a good variety, but taste isn't that great.
Faculty: The teachers of our college are very helpful and qualified. They try their best to give us the best academic experience and provide the best study materials to students. They are always punctual in class and give us assignments to help us better understand the topic. They complete the portion of the subjects with ease and at a good pace. They share their personal experience to make students industry-ready for the future. The semester exams are tough because our semester copies are checked online, which leads to a problem, and question pattern always changes by the university.
Other: I chose B.Tech because I have an interest in the technical background so B.Tech is the best option to enter in this background. Management and quality of food should be improved. There are lots of events that happen in our college like quizzes, debates, extra-curricular activities, sports, and our annual fest Anugoonj.

Everything you need to know about RIT.
Placements: There is an average placements rate is in our college. The college puts efforts into bringing companies but the students at RIT are unable to crack the interviews and therefore, stay unemployed. If you do well, you can get a good packages. If not, then you will get a package of around 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is not good at all. Very small campus having only three blocks. Campus is very small and there is one canteen having only limited items. Infrastructure is average. Labs are not good, my school’s labs were better than these computer labs. They are like a school’s computer lab.
Faculty: Faculty has many Ph.D. holders but they lack teaching experience. I guess the teachers come here for experience and then apply to schools. Not all the teachers are like this, some of them are really good, like the Dean is a very good teacher having knowledge of all the subjects.
Other: Mostly, the students are from Bihar, Nepal and Manipur only. Most of the students opt for the CSE department with the mechanical and civil department barely having 1 to 2 students.

Great college for independent learners, but placements need improvement.
Placements: I am a 2024 graduate. During our time, there was a recession, and most companies were not willing to visit the college for recruitment. Those who did come were mainly hiring for sales roles. Our TPO was not proactive and lacked strong connections to bring in more companies. As a result, most candidates had to seek off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The overall college infrastructure is quite nice, and the girls' hostel conditions are well-maintained. Additionally, one thing I forgot to mention is that the college is very secure, especially when it comes to girls' safety, with a calm and disciplined environment that makes everyone feel comfortable. The campus is close to nature, offering a peaceful setting that adds to its appeal. However, the boys' hostel could use some improvement. The conditions are a bit lacking, and the food is often sufficient and below standard in quality. Despite these issues, the college's natural surroundings and secure atmosphere make it a pleasant place to study and live.
Faculty: The college has several positives: examinations are held on time, and results are unannounced promptly, allowing us to plan ahead. We also get enough time for internships, which is a great advantage for gaining practical experience, and the faculty is very helpful, always supporting us through our academic journey. Located in Uttarakhand, the college is ideal if you're looking to study in a beautiful, affordable area. With close proximity to places like Haridwar and Dehradun, there are plenty of opportunities for weekend trips and exploring the surrounding culture and nature without spending much. The only drawback, however, is the placement opportunities, which could be improved to better match the college's strengths.
Other: I'd like to let you know that if you're capable of managing things independently and just need to complete your graduation on time, this college could be a good fit for you. The fees are quite low, and the environment is great, with students from across the country and even from abroad.

Optional college for taking admission.
Placements: In 2024, 60% of students in my college will have successfully secured placements, with Chetu Technologies emerging as the foremost recruiter. As a fresher, a multitude of roles are being offered, encompassing the highest package of 12 LPA, an average package of 6 LPA, and a minimum package of 2.5 LPA. A relatively small percentage of students, approximately, are engaged in internships due to the limited internship facilities provided by our college. These students resort to seeking internships outside our institution.
Infrastructure: The facilities of our course and department are good. All the faculty follow the timetable and help the students improve their skills but the management of the college is not good; they can't handle their work. The hostel infrastructure is good but sometimes water runs out from the taps and the Wi-Fi is not working properly. The Wi-Fi connection got disconnected from the devices, and if they are connected, then they are not providing internet. The quality of the food is very bad. The food was getting worse day by day, especially at dinner time. They mix all things in vegetables, like goats or cows. Medical facilities are not so good but they are okay and about sports, their playing is not good. There is a lack of light. I am a badminton player, and the badminton court is very bad. Their is a high risk of injuries and the lights are very low at night. I requested that the warden, sir, add more light to the court but he couldn't approve my application.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are helpful, qualified and knowledgeable. Their teaching qualities are commendable. Yes, this course curriculum is revised. Yes, it makes the students industry-ready. Semester exams at this college are very hard; the passing percentage is 33%.
Other: This course is the most demanding in the market and there is a lot of scope in this line. The best thing about this course is that you will get higher packages as you become more experienced. Improve the teaching techniques .
