Overall, the college is good value for money.
Placements: I join the college in 2023, and my course is of 4 years, so my graduation will complete in 2027. The placement in college is very good. The average package is around 6 Lacs, and the highest this year was 12 Lacs. The majority of students got placed this year. Numerous colleges come for placement in our college. Our college also provides internships for students and also hosts many technical events for the students. Our college offers B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering, AI, ML, Data Science, Cyber Security, etc. There are other courses also like BAJMC, BBA, BCA, Agriculture, etc. Nagar College is constructing a new building for pharmacy courses.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is very good. There are four blocks of hostels, and their rooms are spacious and clean. The washrooms are big, and they are cleaned every day. Wi-Fi is available 24x7, and Wi-Fi is very fast. Classrooms are big and spacious, and there is a projector in every classroom. The labs are very good with computers, and the faculty members are very supportive and help every student personally. The hostel food is average but sometimes good. Wi-Fi is also available in the hostel 24x7. There is also a cafeteria in our college where students can purchase food and essential things, and there is also a shop in the college so that students do not have to go outside to purchase stationery. There is a badminton court, volleyball court, and basketball court on the campus, and students who want to play can go and play there.
Faculty: The classes are very good, and faculty members are very supportive. They help average students if any student has a doubt; he or she can go to a faculty member and clear all their doubts personally. The faculty members are well-educated and very knowledgeable. The courses and subjects are very well designed so that students become industry-ready. Main semester exams are a bit hard, but you can pass the exam if you have done a little more hard work. You need to score a minimum of 30 marks in the external exam to pass the exam.
Other: The college is a bit away from the city, but it is in a green area, near a forest, so the air is clean and there is very little pollution. The college is surrounded by mountains and a river, giving a phenomenal view.

My college review. Faculty and about my colleagues.
Placements: In my batch, a total of 70–80% of the students were placed in reputable companies. If you are knowledgeable and hardworking, you will definitely get placed through the college placement drive. The highest package was Rs 16 lakh per year. Companies like HCL and Wipro are hiring students from my college.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure and facilities are too good, very authentic to use and sustainable, that is. I am a B.Tech. in teaching computer science, and all the faculty and staff members are very knowledgeable and helpful, encouraging us to do well in the future. The hostel was also good and the food was average at that time when I was in college. They only serve vegetarian food, but I prefer non-vegetarian.
Faculty: Teachers were very helpful and they encouraged us to do well in the future.. The quality of the teaching was also good; they are all very knowledgeable and very helpful. All the course curriculum was very relevant to understand and they made us ready for the company and get placed in a reputable company.
Other: I am interested in software things, and I am also interested in coding and all that; that's why I prefer computer science. I would like to mention some extra curriculum activities to add to improve the quality of learning.

Dissatisfied from overall the campus, placements, food and infrastructure
Placements: Percentage of students less than 50 Highest 7.5 lowest 2.4 average 3-3.2 Sales compan None Web developer, software developer A company with 75k stipend and 34LPA package comes every year but students are not skilled enough even to apply because skills are not prioritised.
Infrastructure: Facilities are average, though good libraries, labs and alright classrooms Hostel is alright until we discuss about food terrible, sports and games are what they are supposed to be pretty ok Medical facilities are also average most of the faculty is just getting salary even without taking classes.
Faculty: Helpful yess couple of them, qualified yes, knowledgeable not really. Teaching quality pretty average. No it doesn't make students industry ready. Semester exams are same as other colleges.30 Teachers don't teach they prefer saying stories and about their experiences.

Absolutely dissatisfied with my college because of the faculty and placement is not good.
Placements: My college placement is below average, not so good but approximately 20% of students get campus placement. The lowest package at my college is 2.5 LPA and the highest package is 36 LPA which is average. Companies like Infosys, Wipro, Byju's and many more are recruiting. An internship is provided by the college; approximately 95% of students did internships last year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of my college is very good, with a scenic view of mountains and a river on the backside, which enhances our college look. And facilities like water purifiers, cooler and CCTV cameras installed everywhere in class and campus libraries are very good, as are smart classes and 5G Wi-Fi facilities, which are okay and available in all colleges. And sports is below average. The canteen is not good, and the food quality is very bad .
Faculty: Teachers are not good and not so helpful; teaching quality is not good as teachers get like 20 thousand per month. The curriculum is not good and does not make students ready for the semester exam, which is very difficult to attend in class. They do not teach well, which is why more than 60 percent of students got back into more than 3 subjects.
Other: I like engineering, and my childhood dream was to do engineering in computer science. But I am not happy with my course due to college life. College Fest is not so exciting.

The faculty are friendly in nature.
Placements: Almost 80 percent of students got placed in this college. The lowest package is 3 lacs per annum, the highest is 36 lacs per annum and the average package is 6 lacs. More than 100 companies, like HP, Wipro, and Times of India, come for campus placement. Web developer, app developer and many other top roles are offered to B.Tech. CSE students.
Infrastructure: The college campus is very neat and clean. Also, there are many facilities, like free Wi-Fi, two libraries with so many books of your choices, more than 7 computer labs and every class has projector. The hostel rooms are fully furnished and well maintained. Both AC and non-AC rooms are available. There are various facilities provided, like medical facility, stuck shop, gym, etc. Mess food is not tasty. They give four meals at a time, including Breakfast, Lunch, Evening snacks and Dinner.
Faculty: The teachers are highly educated in their respective fields, and they are also very supportive and friendly. One can easily interact with their teachers and solve doubts. The college makes you industry-ready. Despite focusing on books, they make you ready for the real world. Semester exams are a little bit difficult but one can pass easily if they study.
Other: I always wanted to become a software engineer so that's why I chose B.Tech. CSE. The college conducts an annual fest named Sanskriti in April, a technical fest named Utkrisht in November and they also conduct hackathons. Also, one can get a certificate for participating in these programs.
