Placements: Placement was fabulous. The mentors of the college were really supportive. They provided us with their the best ability, the need of a particular student to excel in their respective field. RIT os visited by many top class companies. My senior batch had really great placements.
Placements: I got placed in times world Globacom, and it is a robotics company in Okhla phase 2. At my time, the highest package was 56 lacs per anum, and that guy was selected in USA Texas. RIT has the best placement among all the colleges in Uttarakhand. Even Indian Army and Indian Navy come to RIT for pool campus.
Placements: Not so good placements. None of the MNCs or any such good companies come to the college. Only local private companies that are acquired with bond come to the campus. The placements of seniors were good, but the placements are degrading every year. The package offered is also not so good. Even if the companies of metro cities like Delhi come to the college (2-3 companies by chance), then also the pay is not hiked. Many times such incidents also occurred that many students were placed during the c...
Placements: CSE - Only 35-36 students got placed from our college which is definitely hard to believe but its true and the maximum package was around 2-2.5 lakhs. Moving to the mechanical branch, only a few students got selected and the highest package was approx 2.5 lakhs. Other branches have placement worse than this. The overall placement wasn't satisfactory and this is not the case of only our batch but our seniors also had the same issues. The companies which visited were Josh Technology, Path Infotec...
Placements: The placements in this college are not that much good for civil engineers. Till now, they are able to bring only one company for our civil batch. For other branches i.e. IT and electrical, companies are very often visiting here. Also, the training and placement cell staff members do not do their work properly. They don't know how to make companies come for the placement. There are very less placement opportunities for civil and mechanical engineering students as the college is unable to reach th...
Placements: Overall, the placement is good in comparison to the other colleges in the area. Recently, Adobe visited the campus for the placement drive, while Amazon, Microsoft, Tech Mahindra, Sony, Micromax etc. also conducted campus placement drives.
Placements: The placement here is much better than the other private colleges. Many of our seniors are working in a very good position with attractive packages in MNCs like Accenture, LG, Educomp, Anchor, Honda, Wipro and much more. Our college placement cell already has tie-ups with various companies.
Placements: I won't say being in core will give you ample of opportunities. Sharing my experience, I got all in all 8 chances out of which 3 were core. But for the computer background, many good opportunities are there with quite good packages (sometimes 5 LPA+). But in the case of mechanical, crossing 4 LPA is too difficult.
Placements: Overall, the placements are good. Every week, a new company visits the campus and most of the students get placed. Students having 70% are eligible to sit for the placements. Most of the known companies visited the campus, for example, Ambuja Cement, Data64 etc.
Placements: The placements are good. Mostly private companies visit for recruitment. Fair placements are done by the students and the college. Mostly, companies visit for recruiting CSE students. The average package was Rs. 5 LPA this year and Rs. 10 LPA the previous year. IBM, Wipro, Prolifics, Genpact, Bullmen, Indosurplus, etc. are a few companies that visited. The roles of trainee executive, developer, etc. were offered.
Placements: Placements are not up to the mark, but still, CS students manage to get jobs. In our senior batch, about 40%-50% of the students got placed. The highest package was 4.75 LPA, the lowest was 2.75 and average placement is 3.25 LPA. Major companies that visited our college are HCL, Tech Mahindra, Way to Capital, Infosys etc. Roles that companies offer are mostly taking as an intern to the company. Very few people get internships from the college. Students have to find internships on their own. ...
Placements: Not very good with reference to placements. You can go for off campus interviews on your own. The only companies that visit the campus are offering you around 1.5 lakh package. So, it's better to go to a good college rather than wasting your time here. Very few students get placed from here. Those too who work on their own. So, if you are getting into this college, make sure you are going to work from the first day to the last on your own. Don't get involved in the politics. ...
Placements: Below average placement. The college does not provide any help to all the students regarding placements since they only invite fake company cum consultancy. The placement cell does not take any initiation regarding students' placement. There are a lot of disputes among the administration itself.
Placements: The placements in RIT are not so good. The good companies like HCL, Wipro etc. never visited our college. So many fake companies visit at the placement time. They even mentioned fake headquarters. I think the ratio of placed student were below 25%.
Placements: The placements were very bad for the batch of 2011 and 2010. They got only 5% placement. In our batch, 12 students got a job and 4 were placed in fake companies. The highest salary was 18k and the lowest was 8k. They got various roles in production, quality, and maintenance. Almost all the students got an internship on their own. No stipend is offered by the college.
Placements: The placement was good at the time of our seniors, when we were in the 2nd year i.e. 2014. But at our time, it became poor. Only 4-5 students out of 60 from CSE got placed there. Most of the companies that came are either fake or did not give offer letter in hand and later they just gave excuses. The highest package which was offered was 3.5 lpa by Xebia.
Placements: Placements were quite good for my batch as well as for senior batches. Almost 80% students got placed. The highest salary was 6 lakh per annum and the average was 3.6 lakh per annum. Major recruiters who come to this college are IBM, Genpact, TCS, HP etc. Every student got an internship from the college.
The college crowd was good when I joined in 2012. My first year experience was also good but later faculty started leaving college suddenly. College provides hostel facility for both boys and girls separately. WIFI facility is there but is does not work properly. Placements are not so good. Canteen is up to the mark in terms of quality of food.
The infrastructure is good enough and the maintenance of the same is done periodically. There's greenery everywhere, and almost all kinds of facilities one can expect in a 20-acre campus. The placements are average, though. We do get placement assistant here, but the companies that visit here are often unheard of, offering packages of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The facilities have good knowledge of the subjects, but poor knowledge of anything beyond that. Overall, I can conclude that there are bett...
My experience with this college was really good and is worth the money. The college has great infrastructure and the faculty is also good. It's a big 125 acres of green infrastructure. The faculty is really good and supportive. You need to contact them and they stand by you. Placements are really cool. Most of the students get placed.
