Post graduation in management at RVSCAS.
Placements: Many companies from different states opt for placements. The placement consists of three phase written test, GD and Personal Interview. Bosch, Cognizant, LGB bros, Lakshami machines are the top hiring companies. The college gives internships, I got in Geojit financial for 2 months but there’s no salary, it is an unpaid internship. Package salary offered is CTC 4.6 Lacs mostly.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure and facilities in the college are useful having canteen, library, and washrooms being available. College’s car parking is very small. There is no industrial visit or sports activity conducted in the college. The hostel is good but you can’t come and leave without the warden’s permission. The meal quality is okay. The fees is 60,000 yearly and the admission process is easy.
Faculty: Faculty in the college is friendly, the teachers are more like friends. Their teaching quality is good, for better understanding they use native language to teach along with examples. Their qualifications are not disclosed to us but they are talented professors. Course is framed by Bharathiar Coimbatore University and the duration is of 2 years having 4 semesters. Exams are not difficult, important subjects include management, financial analysis, financial management, etc.
Other: I am a native of Kerala. Many students studying here are from Kerala only so I do not find any difficulty with adjusting.
