S B Jain Institute of Technology, Management & Research - College Review.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified but are not able to make us understand some of the concepts. The teaching quality is slightly poor. The course is absolutely related to the curriculum but they don't prepare students for the industry. The way of teaching here is slightly wrong. Semester exams are quite easier. If you study, you can easily get more than 9 CGPA. The pass percentage is about 92%. Now talking about faculty members genuinely, most of the faculty members don't teach properly. They use projectors...

A college with poor placements. It focuses only on academics.

Faculty: Regular classes are scheduled. The quality of the teaching is average. All faculty members pay more attention to theory knowledge only. Less practical knowledge is provided. Other than that, the teaching is good. Other than academics, nothing happened in this college.

Overall, the college is good, but regarding placements, there is no guarantee.

Faculty: The faculty of the college is good. Faculty helps the students grow academically and mentally. Teachers are helpful in the college. The curriculum is hectic as there is an exam every month with internal and practical exams without covering the whole syllabus. But it is okay.

Has really good Infrastructure and environment to study and grow ourselves .

Faculty: The teachers of this college are very supportive and have vast knowledge about their particular fields and their main motto is to make the students fully disciplined and industry ready. The difficulty level of the semester exams is moderate as they are strict in checking the papers.

College is good and campus is very nice.

Faculty: S. B. Jain Institute of Technology, Management and Research in Nagpur, Maharashtra has a variety of faculty members with different areas of expertise, and uses a variety of teaching methods to engage students: Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). The faculty includes Dr. Manish Goswami, an Associate Professor with a Ph.D. in CSE, and other Assistant Professors.

The college itself isn't too bad; however, it was not my first pick.

Faculty: Teachers are usually good, unlike a few. Teachers do have knowledge and may help you a lot, but also, keeping a good relationship with teachers can help you in many ways. Teaching is done on projectors and boards combined. The college itself isn't enough; you need to learn skills yourself. Semester exam difficulty varies from student to student; however, compared to colleges like YCCE, exams are not too difficult. You get a 60-marks exam and 6 units; from each unit, you'll get 4 questions (2 or ...

Barely any placements, no college & no growth in skills due to poor crowd.

Faculty: The curriculum is alright; nothing extra ordinary. The grading system is really suspicious of our college. People who can't even read a paragraph in English are given an 'A'. Whereas those who are good at English get 'B'. I literally didn't recommend the college to even my relatives.

Good college for IT placements.

Faculty: Teachers are qualified and knowledgeable; their teaching quality is good, but some teachers have great knowledge but not that much of it when they deliver it to the students. Yes, they make the students industry-ready, as the autonomous college curriculum is designed that way. Semester exams are moderate and the pass percentage is about 85%.

Dissatisfied with 2024 batch placement ratio.

Faculty: The teaching quality is rated 4 out of 5, and most teachers are at the Ph.D. level. The curriculum of this college is relevant to industry purposes because this college is 100% autonomous, so you have the option to select your subjects based on your interest. The difficulty level of exams is moderate, and pass percentage is based on relative grading.

Review of S B Jain Institute of Technology, Management and Research.

Faculty: The pass percentage is around 40%. It depends on the cut of subjects. We have a relative reading. The average CGPA of our class is around 8 CGPA. It is not easy to score good marks. The competition is high. If students break the rules and regulations, our college takes strict action.

If you have a score of 70 to 80% in 12th grade, this college is for you.

Faculty: Faculty members are good, but some are new ones who have recently joined and are obviously not perfect in teaching, as some just read the PPT and provide the notes, and we have to study on our own, but some are professionals who are skilled and have good experience in teaching, which makes them the best ones to guide you in your whole journey.

I recommend students take admission to S B Jain College.

Faculty: It is an autonomous college, so exams are held in the college only. Our teachers are good. They are experts in their fields. They help us learn new things. Our teachers motivate us and solve our doubts. They are knowledgeable. Our college offers many courses, such as mechanical, electrical, computer science, electronics and telecommunication, and data science and machine learning.

Faculty: Teachers are helpful and supportive. The course curriculum is relevant. Many webinars are organised by faculty members. We can explore and learn many new things. Semester exams are not difficult. We can score good CGPA.

I'm dissatisfied with cultural and sports activities but our college has good infrastructure.

Faculty: Teachers in our college are good but a few are not supportive and helpful. The course curriculum is good and prepares students for industry. Semester exams are moderately difficult. The pass percentage is high which is around 85%. Faculty members are not up to the mark.
