Good placements for computer/IT fields specially.

Placements: For mechanical students there are few chances to get placed in core mechanical companies but mechanical students can apply for computer based companies like Accenture, cognizant, capegemini, Infosys etc. And more like them. Average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Around 35% students got internship in various companies.

The college is not good enough in all aspects.

Placements: Placements for the mechanical students were too low, but the companies like Accenture and TCS recruit students, but most of the students have to give interview off-campus or to do extra classes like CAD software.

Infrastructure is good, but it would be better if it provides good placements.

Placements: About 605 of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 1.5 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. Cognizant, Accenture, etc., were the top recruiting companies. The project engineer was the top role offered to students. Students got internships in various companies like Amazon, EQ Technologies etc. Wipro is also a major recruiting company. Last year, the highest salary package offered was 8.5 LPA.

Don't opt this college for pursuing engineering.

Placements: About 5% of the students got placed. The college is not that good for placements. There was no placement for civil engineering students. Companies invited by the college weren't fulfilling students demands. Until now, at least 30% of the students left their jobs within 6-8 months. The just give false promises regarding placements, but do not provide.

Sinhgad Academy of Engineering - mostly average, sometimes below average.

Placements: Placements were basically non-existent, only a handful of guys and girls got placed due to the college's efforts. Of my seniors batch a lot of people got placed in IT, most of those recruiters didn't come for our batch because they had taken in many from our seniors, a few did get placed in IT though. So overall, a few were placed and most of the placed were in IT.

Overall speaking it is a good college to get placement.

Placements: Best in placement. I can say it is the top most college of Pune if we consider the percentage of placed students. In the year 2019 almost 90% students have been placed in best companies. If you want your guaranteed placement then choosing Sinhgad would be the wise decision.

Good placements since last 3 years, satisfied with college facilities.

Placements: Atleast 70 percent students got placed. Placements were pretty good. Companies like TCS, INFOSYS, MuSigma, Jio, electronics, IBM, Syntel visited campus for placements. Nearly 1000s of people apply for placements. Almost all of them get placed. Unless someone has a live backlog. Then he can't get placed.

Review of Sinhgad Academy of Engineering, Kondhwa (IT department).

Placements: For all Sinhgad Institutes, they have central placement system. Placements are good. If you are eligible for any company, the college will support you to appear and prepare for placements. All mass recruiters along with maximum small scale companies visit the college every year for placements.

It is a good college considering the education provided. The campus is not that amusing.

Placements: Placements in the college are good. A centralised placement cell is working for placement and student training programme (STP). Staff members are very good, and they put efforts for placements of students. Recruiters like Accenture, Wipro, Mahindra, Tech Mahindra, and TCS, etc., visit the college for placements. Placement officer is very good and works well for student placement cell. As it belongs to Sinhgad Technical Education Society, placement drives are organised at the main branch of Sinhg...

Sinhgad College provides a good platform for students to learn something new and get placed.

Placements: I think the placement record of our college is good as our seniors got placed in reputed IT companies recently. Overall, a good amount of students got placed. The placement percentage of our department was 65%, last year. So, I guess we will have a great future, and this will be possible only by studying in our college.

Dissatisfied with the campus life and faculty.

Placements: This year, the staff members are facing issues with the salary, and the placements were affected due to those issues. Almost 1,223 students were placed in this year, in various companies like Accenture, Infosys and cognizant. So, you can come to a conclusion that the college has a decent placement record, and getting placed depends on the performance of students.

The teaching of faculty members is good, and the placements are somewhat good.

Placements: Mechanical students were not properly instructed about the placements. Placements were more for information technology, computer science, and electronics and telecommunication sectors. No matter what department the students were in, all the students were eligible for placements.

Placements for 2014 batch were great, and the faculty were amazing.

Placements: Our batch and our senior batch had one of the best placement percentages. Almost all the eligible students were placed. Singhad has a centralised placement cell. There is a little partiality between different engineering colleges under Sinhgad Institutions. Older colleges are favoured more. Other than that, Sinhgad Institutions has tie-ups with many good companies to provide ample opportunities to the students to get placed on-campus with an average CTC of 3.5 LPA.
