My point of view college is very good.

Placements: Placement is about 30% to 40%. Minimum 60% is required for placement selection. Every company having different criteria. First step is aptitude test. Second step is technical interview. Third step is group discussion. And last step is personal interview. Every branch having their core companies.

The placement provided is not even 10%.

Placements: No placements are provided in the construction companies, and only IT companies came to the college. The college claims about 100% placement, but not even 10% placement is provided. Last year, not a single construction company came for the placements. The college reputation has gone down.

The college has the good infrastructure, and the teaching staff is not up to the mark.

Placements: There are placements in Accenture and Tech Mahindra. The civil department has no placements. Around, 700 students were placed in different companies. Last year, 900 students were placed. According to the eligibility criteria, 60 percentage is a must for getting placed through the campus. The companies visit Sinhgad, Vadgaon campus, and all the campuses gather together at Vadgaon.

It really was good to be there.

Placements: I graduated in 2017. My batch Placements was good and really enjoyed being there. The companies that came in were also good. Placement officer placed by college were supportive. And the faculty and teaching is great. I think it was a great experience to be there.

Resourceful institute with very good faculty with research-oriented education.

Placements: I'm currently studying in the third year of the mechanical branch. We, third-year students, got chance of internship in Atlas Copco as per criteria. The selected students do the internship for 2 months, after that, they got chance for a job. Other reputed companies like Tata Motors, Kirloskar and General Electric come for placement, and service-oriented companies like Accenture, HCL, Tech Mahindra came for placements.

Don't take admission in Sinhgad for safe future.

Placements: The placement in our college is mostly for computer science and IT branches. There are few placements for other branches like E&TC, mechanical and civil branches. The criteria for the campus selection is 60 percentage. Nowadays because of the strike, the chances of getting placements are very low.

Don't take admissions. All colleges are same. Study depends only on students.

Placements: The teachers are not getting their salaries, so the college reputation has collapsed. No company is ready to give placement to students. Rarely, any campus selection took place. If it happens, anyone from any department is allowed to take. It is very hard to get a job through campus.

There is no hope for placements for the branches other than computer science and IT.

Placements: The placements for IT and computer science departments are good, but the placements are not good for the other branches. The college doesn't provide any placements for the students of the civil department. The mechanical branch has the best faculty members who guide the students, but only a few placement opportunities are provided for the students of the mechanical department. The college has never tried for the placements of the branches other than the computer science and IT departments.

Overall, the college is decent with good staff, infrastructure and decent placements.

Placements: According to placement department, they claimed that if you get more than 60% CGPA without any backlogs in all semesters, then you will be placed. At the time of placements, 50%-60% of the students will be placed for 4-5 LPA who are having the good practical knowledge and problem-solving skills, which you can get if you attend classes daily.

A good college with good infrastructure.

Placements: The placement for civil engineering is not that good, but for other branches placement is good, and also the training for placement is good. There are various seminars arranged for the students to guide them in their career. Sometimes civil engineering students accept information technology jobs for placements from other branches.

Great facilities of our college.

Placements: They are superb. Our college gives the best placements as 200 companies recruit the students from our college. Companies from different fields visit our institution. There is above 80 percent recruitment. It depends on your marks, and they make sure you work hard. If you are looking for a college which gives a good placement, then you should surely take admission in our institute.

Somewhat disappointing to the expectations of the experience.

Placements: Mass recruiting companies recruiters most of the students who are capable of cracking their respective stages like aptitude, HR interview, etc. The chances of getting placed in core companies are less than enough as eligibility criteria are hard for most of the students.

Try not to be manipulated by any comment.

Placements: Mass placement takes place where everyone from any department, take pharmacy or engineering, and everyone sits for any random jobs. The students are not sure of getting a proper job through the campus. None are sure about the future career planning. It needs a lot of improvement.

The college is good for academics and placement for computers but no extracurricular activities.

Placements: There are centralised placements for all the colleges under STES. SAOE has good placement. You will find all type of companies with different job profiles coming for the placements. If you are sincere and good in communication and academics, then you will be placed at the start of the section.

It is good for study purpose, but not for placement.

Placements: There is a placement cell. They are working hard to place the students. But not a single student got the internship through the college. There were some students placed but in IT companies. Core companies for civil are still not coming for the placements. Also, the salary offered by that companies was less.

All about Sinhgad Academy of Engineering.

Placements: The computer department has got the highest placements. Most of the students get placed into top MNCs like Wipro, TCS, Infosys, etc. The average package is around 3.5 lacs per annum. The college conducts many training programs for the sake of personality development.

This is not a good college for the coming generation students.

Placements: The placements of the senior batch were good, but this year, our batch did not have any placement in civil engineering. The other branches placement was also not that good. Not too many companies had come in the campus. The college has central placement system, so there is an impact on the placement, and the students don't have jobs in their hands.

Absolutely good placement in 2017.

Placements: The placements here are very good, and most of the students are placed in various companies who come to take placements and conduct many rounds. They will be taking aptitude, group discussions, a technical interview and at last the HR interview and after which students will be placed in that company.

Good faculty and infrastructure but, dissatisfied with the management.

Placements: To be blunt, placements here are good. It totally depends on academics of the students. Rather than that they still don't have high end packages, but modest. Mainly core companies doesn't provide much packages, but IT companies also recruit mechanical students so no need to worry much about placements.

The college has good placement, infrastructure and faculty.

Placements: The placement of my college is very good. Our placement is done on Vadgaon campus. So the students prepare very hard. The college helps the students to prepare for placement form the 3rd year. They teach us all basic things starting from the interview and all other things.
